Attendance a surprisingly low, that's what it seems to me anyway, 4165 with 721 from Stoke
Playing against 10 men I'm having to wonder if GC has done the right thing in leaving Bloomfield and Nathaniel-George on the bench
About right when it was 5100 v Norwich and they had 1700 in attendance as opposed to Stokes 700. I’m sure capacity is currently only 5300 due to turnstile restrictions. I may be wrong though.
Anyways, fantastic evening for the club and super support for the lads tonight. A shame we may be in trouble for the red smoke things though, even though it did help create the hostile atmosphere that Gabby pleaded for. Not condoning by the way
Wow brilliant Doherty I am pleased to say had a great game as did most of the heroes in red. Stoke's number 31 (the ginger lad) was the stand out player for them There was to my mind was no great difference between the teams, Stoke looked like a good div 4 team. The Palmer penalty claim early doors 2nd half was a dive, he was looking for a pen when in my opinion he should of gone on for a shot. Bez tried hard but not a lot went right for him today. Back 4 played well but Sesay's flick in his on half nearly cost us. Hope the idiots with the smoke bombs pay the fine that will surely come the clubs way. Bring on the next victims
I Love this football club..Town Mead to tonight, what a journey. The attendance may have been lower than Norwich but there were a few more on the pitch afterwards to cerebrate, that's for sure. Fantastic atmosphere. Fantastic game in which we thoroughly deserved to win tonight. Anyone else chuckle at the 'Happy Travel' Coaches taking the away fans back home? More like unhappy travel. what an awful season they are having and what a season this is turning out to be for Crawley. Hard to pick a MOM so I think fans, club and players should all share it equally.
Superb performance. We more than matched a very average ‘Championship’ Stoke who are in free fall and might do a Sunderland and get relegated to League One! The only disappointment was that we didn’t win the game in 90 minutes which we deserved to do!
Stoke goal mid way through the first half was somewhat against the run of play from a well work corner and we deservedly equalised soon after to go in HT 1-1.
Second half Stoke came at us from the start, but the red card mid way through the half pushed the momentum back to us and there was only gonna be one team that was gonna score a wining goal.
Penalties were all well taken. 5 out of 5!!! Although Ollie was a bit lucky with the winning penalty which the keeper got a strong hand to and should have saved! Who cares though, we won! Great scenes at the end.
Let’s take the momentum into the league and follow it up with a win against Walsall!

There's an outside chance we'll be playing Stoke in the league next season.
well done to the lads a great win last night lets just hope we don't get in trouble for the flares and pitch invasion
The warning had already been given, the club is bound to be fined for a second offence so thanks a lot to the tossers responsible, do clubs have to search every supporter on entry in future to stop this moronic behaviour?
Anyone know what the fines will be for the flares is it per flare or per game who ever did it was an idiot and very thoughtless. When the club needs all the money it can get its not great when we have to pay out for some idiot without a brain cell, also were spectators not searched as they went in.
