Only a few weeks ago the Aussie snooker player Neil Robertson drove himself to Barnsley for a tournament, only to find he drove to the wrong Barnsley. He should have gone to the one in Yorkshire, but he went to a small village of the same name in somewhere like Gloucester or Worcester. He therefore did not make the tournament and his opponent received a bye.

He was following his sat Nav, so the moral is tap in the postcode, not the name of the town.
