I suppose it depends on what is meant by "key decisions". If it means how much budget to make available to the manager, then it isn't much different from an owner or board making those decisions - just a lot more people involved.
I very much doubt any manager would accept the owners picking the starting XI/formation etc - its been tried before and hasn't worked for obvious reasons. But I think it is right for WAGMI to say they are. not ruling anything out at this stage, at least until they've had a chance to think things through fully.
From what Preston clarified previously, the vote would be whether he and the other director should continue as directors, or hand over to someone else.
I wasn't sure what is meant by "Key Decisions Regarding CTFC will be carried out by Automated Contracts". Can anyone explain that bit?

Maybe the John Yems Suspension was done via an 'Automated Contract'. Who knows. Its Mind Boggling reading the Yankee NewsPapers!

Early days, they will need to define key decisions, but I know a bit about "automated contracts", they are a growth industry in the States. It kinda reflects their culture, insofar as getting the correct approvals & signatures are viewed as essential in the workplace, but adversely impact workflow.
They are not actually that frightening or complicated. Essentially they appear on your system as personalised templates, they are already prepared & approved by lawyers and you simply fill in the form and it is then automatically recorded as your input & collated with all others to form a consensus, which can be independently scrutinised & verified.
Remember that in the US legal challenges are a standard part of any voting process. Before you raise the fear of tampering, remember that a while back in a small county in Florida, the entire US electoral result, boiled down to whether bits of card had actually been fully punched through...!
It's interesting to note that I have been hearing stuff lately about Liverpool having a cryptocurrency firm as their shirt sponsor potentially from 2023-24.
Also when I listened to the interview Preston J gave with Sam the media guy he was explaining how past forays into cryptocurrency and NFTs by clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal failed because they were aiming them at the wrong market, and how its important not to force NFTs and all that on Crawley fans who aren't interested in them. Definitely some interesting stuff
