Huge queues for sausage rolls as season ticket holders rush to use their free voucher - get there early if you want one and lots of first timers using spare tickets courtesy of season ticket holder who haven't used their free tickets offer yet!
This is a game we need to win and win well. With our defence we don't want to be leading by one with 15 minutes to go. I am going for a 3-1 win, and then crossing my fingers that one of the other games involving Doncaster, Crewe and Barrow go out way and we get in playoffs at last moment. It is the sort of day, where places will change frequently during the game.
Still over 650 tickets available, but looks like will be good crowd.

Yes, the “As It Stands” League 2 table will change on multiple occasions on Saturday afternoon.
Would expect this to be a sell-out. Trouble with that is (which many of us have alluded to) whenever we play at home in front of a big crowd this season, we are almost guaranteed to lose 🤦♂️ Concerning that our last 4 home games have only yielded 2 points.
A win might not be enough, but a draw could see us sneak into 7th if Barrow lose heavily. Crazy really.
The team just need to focus on winning and not worry about what’s happening in other games (leave that to us fans!)
Come on Crawley! Crawley 4-2 Grimsby

Need at least one extra eye for this. Already have one eye on the game and one on the note pad making notes for my match report. Need an extra one for the phone for results elsewhere. Shame they're not allowed to have the live scores on the scoreboard during the game.
Trouble is games can change last minute. Unless one of the teams are losing by 3 with a few minutes to go, anything could change after the final whistle of our game!

Like ive said already I think we will beat Grimsby easily on Saturday. Only Danger for me is if other results go against us and yes unfortunately some match fixing may happen in other matches - its happened before!

I predict confidentally that the attendance will be below 5,000 fans because Grimsby will only bring about 100 fans. I cant understand that everywhere we publish the ground capacity is 6,134, but we are yet to get 6,000+ for any match, despite the DEMAND being there sometimes. The BIG DEMAND will be there on Saturday and I would be surprised if we surpass 4,800 attendance.
Ive seen it written that for crowd safety reasons the capacity will never exceed 5,800 for any match, so why do we publish the capacity at 6,134? I have been mystified by this for years! Does anyone really know whats what with the capacity issue?

Spot on c57, I think you have hit the nail on the head regarding the difference between published capacity and what the capacity will never exceed. I noticed at the Colchester game in the East Stand, a length of black mesh that was covering a row of about 3 seats all the way from the back of the stand to the front. It was situated in between the seated Colchester fans and the Crawley fans creating a sort of sterile area. At an estimate, this would be about 40/50 seats out of use?
