Could we have had worse draw? They will hammer us they couldve been a northern seed they are so far away and yet again chance of a plum home tie bringing johnny come lately dissapears for another season.

So what do you suggest - perhaps not entering in the first place? After all there aren't any real "plum" draws .

A home draw?
Or an away draw against the likes of Charlton, Fulham, Brentford, QPR or Millwall that would have been easy to get to?
By plum draw I think he was talking about getting through to the second round, drawing a PL side and getting a full house.
FFS.. We were one of 16 teams in an FA cup round draw and managed to get Man Utd at Old Trafford... I think it is fair to say that we have had our fair share of "the luck of the draw" and really should be the last team to be bleating about it, c'mon, I bet there aren't too many teams out there overjoyed to be paired against us..!

Greedy maybe, ambitious perhaps, aspirational indeed but spoiled might be a more appropriate term, it wasn't that long ago that the place would have been buzzing at the prospect of an away match in Birmingham that wasn't against the likes of Moor Green, Halesowen, Solihull Borough or Sutton Coldfield.
