Maybe we should be looking at Dulwich's other striker Dumaka (it would still leave them with "Super Gav" if he left!!) anybody go last night have any views on him. Seems to have been a fairly prolific goalscorer for some time and some suggestion West Ham were taking a look some time back?
Gonna guess here and say that he has been sent packing. The family story was just that, a story.
He was brought in to keep the natives happy after the sale of Collins. There will be no replacement for Collins. This whole sorry saga was staged.
How about that??? Anyone offer another scenario?
There is another scenario, the club are relaying the truth and there is a family illness that requires him to be in Holland, sorry if that sounds boring

That doesn't sound boring at all. If true, it's very sad indeed, and I for one hope all is well in the end. I've simply asked the question as to why a so called professional sportsperson has turned up here not fit enough to last more than 20 minutes in a practice game against a pub team.
Sorry if my question bores you. If someone can give me an answer, then I will happily leave the issue for others to debate.

I'm not really sure why you're suggesting I found your question boring, perhaps you could enlighten me as to why you think that
Why do you expect anyone to be able to give you an answer? the club are the only ones who can give you a factual answer and they aren't likely to discuss a players personal life, surely you wouldn't expect them to do so, would you?
I see from the official site that Verheydt is out again tomorrow.
It really isn't looking too promising that we will be 5 games in to pre-season and he will have played 20 mins football.
I'm not expecting his personal life to be aired, however I would have anticipated some indication of when he might be back training and playing.
And us then get fed the line (as with Dean Cox) that he will be much better next season when he gets a pre season under his belt!? We need a goalscoring forward now!!!!

Surely has to be time to enlist the services of Rhys Murphy. We all know given a proper run in the side, he is exactly what we need. He was always going to struggle playing second fiddle to James Collins. He's not been given a squad number at Forest Green so must be available.
He is injured at the moment - possibly out until Christmas
That's pure out and out selfishness on his part, although he could probably still put in a performance to match some of our previous striker signings ........

Be good to see what TV has to offer even better to wipe the smile off the faces of the smug falmer village sheep following glory trail back to the Championship.
