Call me cynical but Palmers actions in the game he got sent off struck me as those of a player wanting to makes ure he missed the games over Christmas knowing he had a move sorted in January.
In the space of five minutes he gave away a penalty, got sent off for raising his arm (3 games) and abused the match official (2 games). Which takes him nice and fresh and injury free into the Jan transfer window.
I doubt we will see him in a Crawley shirt again.
