These late goals are as annoying as hearing about Brexit, I know the 88th minute is no different to the 14th in a one goal loss but it makes me question the mentality of the players, it's almost as though they think they've done their job before the final whistle, most aggravating
We play with Palmer and Peleon up front and they look as threatening as a couple of mice. We are over run in midfield put Morales behind Palmer Camara and Bully in midfield.
Same old same old no goals give it away at the end as I posted yesterday give the youngster Ricky German a chance ,our away form is totally abismale it can’t get any worse so make some changes in the way we play and give the Lad a game.

Dissapointing. The Stags move oser to going up and the staggering Reds move closer to the opposite end of the table. Result somewhat irrelevant as we'll win Saturday and we are staying up.
Regarding the posts about Ricky German, he said yesterday while streaming on Twitch that his fitness wasn't up to the levels of the others in the squad yet.
I reckon give him ~10 minutes from the bench to ease him in to things.

Thanks mate. Figured that was it. Hopefully he's ready soon because we don't look like scoring goals any time soon (though in fairness Mansfield have an excellent defence).
How many away games is that we've conceded an 88th minute goal to drop points now? It's like it doesn't occur to us that the home team will try and up the tempo in the closing minutes if they're not already ahead.
It was an entertaining game that Mansfield were slightly on top in. They looked better in the final third but good defence, Morris and a bit of luck kept them out. Camara came on and unsettled Mansfield and a great ball to Palmer should have been buried, but it summed up his evening. He battled and stuck at it, but not one of his better games. This chance was a few minutes before their goal. The goal was a bit unlucky. Their player went down under a challenge looking for a free kick, and the ball broke back to him. He was up quick as a flash, crossed and it was turned in. Shame as the effort and application of the team deserved a point. 24 of us there, which means Mansfield is officially less popular than burslem on a Tuesday night.
