No not in the PM or the clown stumbling to run the opposition but our leader...manager Gabby. How do fans feel? Im not sold on its HK players all managers have to work in similar situations. Main improvements: Camarra in midfield and no nonsense passing at the back. Main failures: consistency, away form, defending (we get lucky so many times especially lucky as there's so many useless teams in this league), the clash...should he stay or should he go...... Now despute raising this in the parliment of Crawley aka this forum i think its irrelevant as owners wont remove him (bit like trees are gteen or may...be not)... job done we are safe from the drop. However how confident are we in him? I dont dislike him as he hasnt HK bighead but as manager? Im still to be convinced.
Wtf is this dribble, Cioffi is affordable and doing a good job Working with who has been given. I find the football we are playing 100x more enjoyable than under Kewell the clown. As people have stated many times we don’t have the fan base or funding currently to do any better. Get behind the team and manager results will follow a lot of fans have a negative mentality constantly it’s very tiring.

I think there has been a belief here that I am saying Gabby is failing when i have highlighted success and areas still be be worked on and ultimately he is still under review. I do support him as he is the manager of the team I support. But how confident in his leadership going forward?

I haven't looked at the table, but reckon we do not draw many matches compared to our peers...?
Maybe in the last ten minutes of an away match, we need to focus more intently on hanging onto the point we've got, rather than chasing all three... BUT if the manager has instilled a mindset that we can win all games, i don't really have an issue with that either.
If i had his job, what would i have done differently at the 80th minute on Tuesday... I quite genuinely don't know...!
Just an example of one of a number of issues that he has to think about, that look straightforward from the cheap seats.
Truth is once a team is prepared & selected, he actually has very limited options to influence the outcome once they take to the field.
He is new to the role & doing okay, not spectacular but steady.

I agree with this, except for the derogatory reference to Harry Kewell. It was a different system under Kewell and many of us, both on here and in the wider supporter base, enjoyed the way the team played under Kewell.
There has been a lot of bad luck in many of the away games - perhaps the question is not is Cioffi good enough but is he lucky enough? We carry on and we give full support to the manager and the players...surely?
Not many enjoyed Kewell's style of football. The horseshoe tactics at the back and the keeper passing backwards from a goal kick was bloody boring.
I like possession football but not possession for possession's sake.
As for Cioffe. He has done ok but needs to improve. To start with we need better players but that depends on the club's purse strings not him.

In all honesty, I believe that Kewell improved the team by ditching the Duds signed on two year deals by Dermot Drummy. Didn’t Kewell sign, Palmer, Morrais, Vincelot, Maguire and Poleon?
Cioffi has a better squad of players to deal with than what Kewell inherited. He does really need to use this January transfer window wisely, guide us to safety and kick on next season by getting his own signings in.

We are John, we won't go down this season. hve faith.
Well when DD left we were 19th, despite, all the changes we are now 17th, hardly a massive change.
This sums it up pretty much. Ever since we were relegated about 4 years ago, we’ve been bang average floating around lower mid table with 4 different managers achieving something similar. Kewell got us a bit higher last season with a good run about this time last year and a brief play off flirtation, buts it’s been pretty average for a while now.
