RR&R are you happy with the performances that we are coming up with and also are you happy with finishing third from bottom because personally I want to win things I don't like keep loosing. But all you keep spouting on about is "we wont get relegated"which indicates to me that you are not a winner. Cioffi is not a manager that seems to be able to motivate a team so he has to go sooner rather than latter when he's done even more damage. If he was in industry with his record he would of been shown the door long ago.
In the last 10 games he's got points against Mansfield and Bury and Swindon - all of whom are well above us. we lost narrowly and unluckily to both Stevenage and MK Dons
It's not been great and we are indifferent in form. But welcome to ctfc of the last two or three seasons
Is it really any worse than under Kewell/Drummy
Changing the manager every three/six months is just pointless

Yes Ant, well done in spotting points taken from those three. But, in all honesty, they are "bonus points". The points you really need to take are from the teams that are in a similar position to ourselves.
The four teams below us, we have struggled to amass a paltry seven points from a possible eighteen - we even managed to make Maccelsfield look like Barcelona !!
We have four to play in the top nine, no doubt wanting the points to make the play offs and Yeovil and Notts County in the bottom four wanting to win for survival.
Are our Gutless wonders up for the fight? Do our charges want to compete?
The finger has to be pointed at the self appointed DoF, Selim for failing to get the right man in the first place. Cioffi was obviously a very cheap option, and now we are paying dearly.

im not happy with Gabby. I never was said so from beginning but was prepared give him a chance. Whatever we think he aint going anywhere certainly not this season. Two things are certain. 1. We are not being relegated and 2. Gabby will start as mananger next season. Whether he lasts the season is another matter. Am I Happy no, I wanted us in Europe next season via winning the fa cup, but we couldnt even beat a pub team in sx snr cup. Pathetic...but the owners are content. Gabby aint going nowhere. Talk of sacking him wont change a thing. Our season was over ages ago which is why performances have dropped. Todays result changes nothing.

i agree Gabby was the wrong appointment but is Mr Ego Selim gonna agree...no way....Gabby aint going anywhere soon...anyway do you think we can afford to pay him off? Yes get relegated clubs lost from league two football forever BUT that wont happen this season. Chill thankfully there are two teams even worse than us. We are staying up.

The league is so mad any team can turn it on against any other (generally). And It's hard to disagree that he was the wrong appointment in the first place - he was cheap. But that's even more reason to stick with him. Because if we have to pay him off that further reduces any budget for a new manager
So what is the answer...? The last 3 appointments have been League management debutants, but we had previously tried the experienced manager option a few times & did not rate that either.
Maybe - just saying - the actual problem is not the manager(s)...!
I have no insider knowledge but the rumour was that although we had over 80 manager applicants when Kewell left only a few were interested when they found out what the salary and budget were.Who the few were and why Coifee was chosen I've no idea.I have never had much faith in him as his player and team formation tinkering baffle me, its a shame we are struggling as thanks to the clubs engagement with the community I'm seeing many more parents with their children coming to the games.
Lets look to bring in some help for Cioffi for the last 6 games. Someone who knows the club and can help motivate the players and analyse our style. John Yems recently sacked by Bournmouth.

There’s no easy answer as Thad says, if that rumour is true then How on earth we persuaded Kewell I never know. It’s been a mess the second half of this season and we need a serious hard reset. The player mentality and Cioffi’s tactics have seen us go down into the bottom half of the table with a decent first 11 on Paper. Although I’m Cioffi out I’m pretty certain the board and Selim will keep him and brought in Craig Brewster to help him with coaching along with Nathan Rooney. Time will tell but I know for certain we cannot have this form and not score next season as the club could be in a serious relegation battle next season if nothing changes.
Whilst I'm all for getting rid of Cioffi, because results have simply not been good enough, the same problems will remain.
We'll replace him with another cheap, inexperienced unknown and the cycle will start again.
And whilst we could push the boat out to attract someone who knows the league and experienced - someone like a Darrell Clarke - I can't see many managers worth their salt wanting to work under someone like Selim, who's somehow walked into a DoF role..
I don't doubt that he's a decent bloke who certainly talks a good game, but there's no way that a glorified marketing bod should be deciding on a manager and recruiting players for a professional football club.
