Welcome yet another new member to the forum so will you be leading the demonstrations to get the manager sacked at the next home match?
I've no doubt that mickeyboy2 will tell you himself when he joined the forum, right at the very beginning I think you'll find, just because someone chooses not to post often .......

You only have to click on the user name to find out, indeed it was 2017.
Most of the old regulars don't post any more, many have gone elsewhere due to the amount of drivel on here from certain posters.
When ctfc.net closed down it was hard to imagine that most of the regulars would be lost to the FB group.

Wow the FB group is got damn awful so not sure what that says about the forum tbh
Will he go anytime soon? Probably not as with one going down and some woeful teams in this league it's more than likely we'll survive and avoid disaster. The owners will not want to and probably can't afford to pay him off mid season, their track record at the club suggests that a change in manager won't be made until the end of the season.
Is Cioffi the man to take us forward? I don't think so. His negative tactics, one dimensional game plan and mediocre results are certainly not endearing him towards the fans. To a certain extent his hands are tied as I think the squad we have is ultimately very average although the players have to take responsibility for their own effort and decisions on the pitch; the midfield have been lazy, the midfielders and forwards have been very wasteful in front of goal and the defence keeps gifting goals to the opposition.
We have tried various types of managers in recent years- experienced managers, young managers, managers that play the percentages, managers that like to play out from the back and it hasn't worked.
Maybe the board need to rethink both manager and player recruitment...

He needs to go. Can't blame yesterday on the penalty decision as we were lucky to only concede one. Our squad is good but they just don't seem to care.
I disagree they don't care. I think Ive seen enough that its hurting them losing. Some of course show their emotions more than others. Whether the manager gets the best out of them is another matter. Personally I Think the Manager and coaching team have shown a lack of understand in the game that seems obvious to most fans as has been well highlighted on the Exeter match day thread in e.g. Ash playing wide. No plan B certainly doesn't help and as others have highlighted its a lack of balance in the side, when we have no Bullman, Smith, perhaps even Payne type player we tends to struggle more.
I think 2 points out of the last 18 says it all, There is no improvment on last season, if anything we are going backwards, attendances declining, Enough said.
He should go now to give the new manager an opportunity to assess the squad before the transfer deadline.
But, will it happen ?
highly unlikely doubt we have an endless pot to pay Managers off. I do question upfront long term contract deals and yes more than a season initially is to me long term, especially if it doesn't go well.
