What we do know, is that it is always a lot, lot easier to sack a manager than a bunch of players...!
Spot on sir, somehow it's always the players who are solely responsible for winning and the manager for losing
I guess that on pure stats could we also call vociferously for the sacking of Ollie Palmer as he's a striker who's failed to score a league goal from open play since the Tranmere debacle on 27th October?
No good ever comes of keep sacking / losing managers (just look at Notts County for an example) the club needs stability with a manager given a chance with his own choice of players, GC was not helped by losing Palmer for 5 games Morais for at least that number and Smith for over half the season
In short if we had these 3 players all available we would be much better off points wise
i think you need to re write this.
1. Notts Co. Have HK and no good comes from him. A bit different to er Manure lets say.
2. We actually picked up points playes reasonably well with Poleon when Ollie wasnt initially available.
3. Morais performances has already been criticized...so how much have we actually missed?
4. We are inconsistent with or without players available.
No i don't need to re-write this at all however here is my observation of you as a supposed fan loosely using the 4 points you state above plus a 5th.
1. You don't like any manager we have whether it be HK, GC, DD the list goes on and on i doubt you would be happy with Klopp or Guardiola (Notts County are on their 3rd permanent manager already having played just 29 games)
2. Poleon plays in the same side as Palmer so was always going to start without him so I really don't know what your point is
3. You are a critic of just about every player who wears a Red shirt, do i need to write a list of all the players at the club you don't like?
4. If we had the 3 I mentioned available on a more regular basis I strongly believe we would have performed to a higher standard you can't tell me we are not a better team with Smith and Palmer in the side?
5. You have been questioned on a number of occasions about your loyalty and constant moaning about the players tactics etc with many on here having asked the question do you actually support CTFC and when you had the chance to stop hiding behind your keyboard and endless nonsensical ramblings and answer a few questions to one of the fanzines you bottled it and Alex had to do it.

To be fair to Cioffi, whilst we have a higher budget it seems a lot of it was wasted on journeymen and It appears that he has no say in transfers. Whilst the Non league signings could prove great in the future as someone said elsewhere, buy non league and become non league. The transfer team should seriously consider another midfielder or winger in this window or we could really struggle to get these vital points.

Spot on sir, somehow it's always the players who are solely responsible for winning and the manager for losing..
It seems to be accepted that a young man, that had his part in the relegation of Cardiff a few seasons back, as his most prominent managerial achievement...
...must know more than the old fella who has won countless domestic & continental trophies, at an array of famous clubs across many countries...
...because... "he has got the likes of Pogba & Rashford playing with a smile on their face"...! Honestly, the experts now reckon it really is that simple...(?)
Hey-ho, a few months back, i would have favoured a few sticks of dynamite inserted between their buttocks. Okay, it may not have helped their smile much.. but might at least have given the Manager a chance to get them thinking about their professional responsibilities.
Yet the truth is, that they know they can outlive any manager, that they feel does not give his duty to "grin maintenance", sufficient due care & attention.
The point seems to be that the actual difference, even the very most experienced of club managers can make, is tantamount to negligible when the players are not prepared to cooperate.
Keep the manager, the club are too quick to sack .the players need to start concentrating ,we should have picked up more points. to often we lose by the odd goal. Stick with him he will come good

Good point .Cioffi has not signed any of his own players yet
The transfer window opened THREE WEEKS ago and who has he signed - Ricardo German from lowly Hendon !!
If Cioffi has no intention of making any further signings in the next ten days, then quite obviously he will have try and get the best from the squad he inherited.
He’s had 22 League games to see what is needed and still doesn’t know his strongest line up.
Why is Vincelot not selected? - He’s not injured. He was good enough to skipper Bradford City in League1.
He needs to instill a winning mentality into his players, but quite frankly, I don’t think he knows how to !!

That’s the thing he didn’t buy German from Hendon. He didn’t know he was a player until after the signing was officially announced

No bottles. And i have been critical at times but right now this nonsense about trying to remove the manager is pointless he has achieved job asked to do why on earth would club owners sack him? Gabby aint a great manager but we employed a more or less nobody what did you expect? You need to get some realism in there.

For the Polish on here any chance you can write that in English?

I was trying to get across the point that we’ve only made ONE signing, irrespective if he’s any good or not.

Yes.. when a team under-performs, any significant change needs to happen in the mindset of the players... a new manager could possibly assist in enabling that process to happen... if the players allow it...!
But that silly Mourinho bloke took his job a spot too seriously, so some players would not allow it... the same players who are now being praised for their new found attitude.
