While I agree the buck stops at the manager his power stops when the players go on the pitch, from the outset a lot of our passing was abysmal, players caught too often in possession, too many square balls, Young seemed our only outlet and while he always makes himself available the quality of his delivery leaves a lot to be desired.Olly was having a mare and should have been subbed.Willox should start and Camara used as an impact sub.

Literally most of what you just said is down to the manager

What, that you thinks he tells them to play like that?
I would add that most fans express the view that when you go behind with the clock running down, you give it a go & risk getting caught on the break... isn't that the story of Saturday...?
I might have made different changes but cannot criticise the fella for throwing the dice.
Townmeadleftover is absolutely right - two great results and where are the naysayers? just waiting for the opportunity to spread further calumny when the time is right.
Either support the team or don't, it's your choice. Supporting a team means sticking with the players, the manager and the club through the good times and the bad times - especially the bad times when they need the support the most.
Everyone gets frustrated from time to time if results don't go our way but there is a world of difference between expressing that frustration or immediately calling for the manager's head - that's not support, it's the opposite of support.
If you don't want to go to games any more, then don't go - there are other distractions on a Saturday afternoon but I would have thought there are only so many soft furnishing shops you can go to with the missus, only so many garden centre cafe's you can visit before it starts to get a little tedious - against attending a live match with the team you profess to support.
I don't see responding with "you are either supporting the team or not" to be any more acceptable than an unimaginative knee-jerk "sack the manager" reflex.
Nothing is ever that binary, there are always degrees.
Sacking seems to be the first & only option when things aren't going our way, if only the other problems in life were so simply resolved.
