Theyโve been up there a while, some really good wall prints.
if Gabby was responsible then credit where due, good on him acknowedging past greats, but thats where his 'improvements' end and all off the pitch; as on it, its been a dire season.
If the club have plans for any sort of lap of the pitch call it whatever you want last match against Mansfield (who might well be celebrating promotion or play offs and maybe not on a top ten budget) it will be an insult to Reds fans.
How about the manager take the microphone and explain why he regularly came up short, Poleon why he is a waste of space and Selim can read us another bedtime story of how great his recruitment drive has been, how we can all look forward to Gabby rebuilding a team for the title and no pigs in sight.
I see it's not only the club that are having problems, I think you'll find a lack of Mansfield supporters when Tranmere vist Broadfield
I confess. I thought we were goners. Bloody glad we ain't but we seriously need to improve. We cannot rely on basket cases like Notts County or Orient every season.

Totally agree, there was every need for this thread as that's exactly what our League existence has been hanging by
If it's not to be more of the same next year then at the very least we need a seriously serious examination of our goal scoring ability. Without Palmer, which I assume we will be next year, it's been dire at best, I had great hopes when ANG scored those goals a few months back, get the ball and have a go was working, but what's happened since then? if you believe the BBC stats from today we were 55-45 possession but only 4-19 shots with 3-4 on target, you'll do nothing other than struggle with shooting stats like that. The defence and midfield desperately need close examination, if you have rely on Glenn Morris putting in Player of the Season performances most weeks then it means you have serious deficiencies
Am I glad this thread has come to nothing? too bloody right, but anybody who thinks it was all pointless is in for another dose of the same next season
Finally, well done the players, the last two games showed that they did have both spine and fight in them when it was badly needed
For what it is worth, there was a team who struggled for most of their 1st season back at the top, but suddenly clicked & hit a really decent run at the end of the season... ...leicester City, who picked up where they had left off when the new season started...
...i'm not predicting anything, but who knows the value of finishing the season on a high...?
