Not to be too optimistic but, although 9 points off relegation we are also 9 away from the playoffs... can see us being safe this year just need to sort this away form out Swindon game was promising
im not suggesting we will make the play offs im not daft and even if by some miracle we did we would stand no chance as we havnt the quality or consistency but it also highlights how ridiculous all this relegation talk is when we are in effect midway between both ends as you refer to.

Oh no, defiantly no danger of having to book work off for play offs. Next season could be quite tight if we do alright in the transfer window... But will it be tight to play offs or tight to relegation?

Either and irrelevant we aint going up or down season over long time ago. And with all cups exited it really has gone flat.

For once - i agree.
So please stop mentioning it in every post you make.
I feel the manager is starting to get to grips, even if he should've done so a lot earlier on the football we're playing now is a lot better than when he first came in. Promising stuff!

indeed he has had that bit of luck he needed and the players seem to want to play for him which is great, next season could be the making of GC
Well, a bad result Saturday, but fortunately some of those around us also did badly. Yeovil losing away tonight helped us. Those below us playing each other a bit in next 3 games helps us.
A point this Saturday would be good, but a loss not a disaster. Macclesfield at home is a MUST NOT LOSE though. I still think we'll be OK.
