I know fairness is not a quality that is always applied when it comes to sacking a football manager...
...but given he has taken over an existing squad & had to hit the ground running this season...
...it appears only reasonable to provide an opportunity for him to make personnel changes & impose his own playing philosophy over a close season...(?)

Can we please finish one season and begin another with the same managerial team in place, one that doesn't then do a runner of course, you never know we might just put a decent side together with some continuity
Well, I've watched the last 3 games so not winning must be my fault. I thought the team played well yesterday, but playing well just isn't enough at the moment. I still think we'll stay up, but maybe by a point or GD. Based on remaining games, this is how many points I think those mentioned below will finish on -
Relegation is improbable, but definitely possible. We seem to have slumped at a time when some below us are improving. I think we must go to Yeovil yet as well.
We won’t get relegated but the bigger issue is that our owners sacked Yates and Drummy for listless bottom 6 displays so Gaby is going to need a big finish to the season

Gabby wont have a big finish. And yes previous managers have had equally poor records. How can the owners possibly justify a different response to the latest line of inadequote managers?
Well we are 7 points clear of danger with 6 games to go, so you would like to think we will retain our league status. Depending on results beforehand, the Yeovil game could be crucial. I feel a lot of fans (like me) can't wait for the season to end.

The Morecambe came was crucial, too and we let them roll us over. ALL the remaining games, not just Yeovil, are crucial in my view.

get a grip man we can lose half and still wont change a thing we are staying up time we celebrated our retained football league status...something has improved since Weymouthy...i think.
The problem is i cannot see where the next goal is coming from. Let alone a win. Other teams at the bottom are beginning to show some fight. We must find a way of getting to ball forward quicker. We have many fast players who should be creating havoc in the opposition defence.
Relegation is beginning to look nailed on. I fear that should this happen, we will drop straight through National Leaue into National South.I hope I am wrong

another new member how many more depressed people on this bangwagon going nowhere FFS whilst you are correct if (in future it wont happen this season) we are relegated i belirve the club will not only be on freefall but crash out of existance. So just in case the circus ringmaster continues with the clowns next season and beyond lets enjoy ftball league status now. Sure nothing to play for and Gabby couldnt motivate a Arab looking for sand in a dessert but we'll score again and get points not that either matters we cant get relegated with other dross in league two.

Care to name the other dross in League2?

ciderset yeovil, notted county and souless maccelsfield. All incapable of amassing more points that ctfc. Also forget our loss Saturday, but watch Eric Morecambe nose dive between now and end of the season.
