Surely the keeper will be disiplines very heavily by the club or the manager is finished. I see some pundits want the keeper to never play for the club again. I cant say I disagree.
Your headline Thad is nicely poised given the recent forum and club activity including that by the two p's in the pod. I wondered whether you meant the club in blue or red.
Kepa should never play for Chelsea again, but Sarri is the one who will get the sack, it’s never the players who are held accountable for their performance. He’s not even a great keeper, he’s let a few shots slip past him recently and that Aguero penalty he let slip underneath him after giving it the big one to Aguero trying to put him off made him look like a complete clown. Chances are if Caballero would have come on he’d have saved a couple others and Chelsea could have won. But Kepa will most likely still be in goal for Chelsea come next season and Sarri will be gone such is Chelsea football club.

It wasn't meant to be deliberately ambiguous, but I suppose it is the same question at all clubs nowadays... where does "Player Power" begin & end...?
Regarding our two Princesses, i think we would all be a bit more tolerant, if they were a dynamite front pairing who linked together for great impact in games... it hasn't been the case so far this season.
Man Utd are getting praise for their revival, but they are all well paid professionals & the question really should be about their poor attitude under the previous manager.
Chelsea players seem to have adopted a similar "lets blame the scapegoat" outlook & it was interesting that there were no outfield players reminding the Keeper of his team responsibilities.
I think the weakness at most clubs could be at executive level, they let these situations develop & get out of control, instead of stepping in early & establishing authority.

When you are an employee worth 10s of millions of pounds to your company and thousands of fans fawn over you and journalists discuss your every move, you’re probably going to develop a big ego when you realise just how powerful you actually are.

but if that power is misused it can become powerless.
