Good game. Shane that we couldn’t win, but it’s a point closer to safety against a half decent Mansfield side. Last two games have been enjoyable, team playing with more intensity and determination.
It was a good performance by most of the team but Payne was having a terrible night every time he got the ball he passed it to one of them how come the management cant see this and to wait till the 68th minute to sub him, should of been subbed in the first 20 minutes. Also Camara tried hard but it was not his night and yet again it was obvious in the first half but we had to wait till half way through the second half before any thing was done. Yes it was an entertaining match and a good point earned but we must react quicker with substitutions and be more adventurous changing our formations not just keep on ploughing on with the same old system.

Agree that you always need a plan B and that the changes yesterday maintained the formation... however looking at the bench, the only other option was to throw on a forward & the choices were limited.
I can see why he replaced Pooch with Morais rather than - say - Meite, not least because if Mansfield had nicked a winner, we would not have been too sympathetic.

Agree Alex - a good solid point last night. Onto Crewe next - let's make it 3 in a row unbeaten
Gambin was in the bar up in the west stand don't know why he was not playing someone said he was still injured but I cannot confirm this.
When I spoke to him Saturday he said that he was on his way back from injury and his thigh problem flared up again. He said that he was planning to see a specialist this week.

Thanks.
I just feel he is the man most likely to make the sort of intelligent forward incursion that we were missing last night, I'd particularly like to see him & Willock in the same side.
A good point last night just A Shame our strike force is ineffective yet again but 4 points from a possible 6 is just what was needed at this point in the season
We looked a little tired compared to Saturday, Camera was a shadow of his usual high tempo energy.
RGC is a trier but just a bit lightweight for this level and I’d like to see Meite or German start soon. Palmer had one of those days where not much came off.
Willock good again. Defence decent and wing backs again doing OK.
Credit to Mansfield who look a good pacey team and were better than us in the second half after a balanced first half.
I agree we looked tired compared to Saturday, while most people agree we need more energy and aggression it's a bit unfair to call RGC a "trier" for me he has been a breath of fresh air challenging the opposition across the park, l thought Willox had a poor game after the first twenty minutes caught in possession and misplaced passes too often but I hope he starts Saturday as he has shown he has the abilities we need.
