Never in doubt (our league status) cannot understand why so many fans panic about our form. All we needed all along were two worse teams and weve had that all along. Of course its been worst season since coming up at Tamworth but that the owners for you. They can barely open a can of beans with a can opener never mind run a football club and appoint a manager that knows what he's doing.
Great result. Followed nervously in Valencia. Overall I think we deserve to stay up and I think Gaby and his team deserve the chance to take us forward. Thank God for the cat though.

are you serious Gabby must have worst record of any manager since we aquired football league status?

A really great result, at last, which gives us another season in the League barring an absolute disaster or two, now hopefully we keep GC and set about building a side that can actually compete next year
As for you RR&R, you just have to spoil everything don't you? your selfish, ungrateful abuse of an owner that has kept your side going thanks to his financial generosity is disgraceful, as I've said before, if ZE decides to come to his senses and stops pumping his cash into CTFC then I hope you know where the next person with too much cash is hiding
On a slightly amusing level if our friend Mr Palmer does decide to move to the seaside next season then I guess he may well be back in Broadfield next season with his new masters as they slip further into the League 1 relegation mire

Just back from watching the boys put in yet another great shift. No need for hard luck stories this week. We totally dominated the game from start to finish...Great support from everyone who travelled. Now it's time for the boys to put in a few performances and let's see who is worth keeping next season...
Let's get it out of the way at the start - Yeovil were simply awful. There was a nervousness before the game and you could feel the tension but within minutes it was obvious that we would have to be really bad to throw this one away.
It was a totally dominant display and it was wonderful to see us play such good football. We still had the usual failings, too slow in the build up and an infuriating unwillingness to shoot - I can't recall how many chances we had where we just needed someone to take a shot and they didn't - it must have been in double figures.
The first half was controlled by us and we missed what looked like a couple of simple headers to take the lead.
The second half, if anything, we controlled the game better. Yeovil struggled throughout to manage more than a couple of passes together and their play was littered with mistakes and a lack of confidence.
The goal was utterly fantastic when it came, great work by Ollie, one if the best crosses of the day and Morais couldn't miss, sliding in at the back post - cue mayhem among the reds'fans.
Although Yeovil had a couple if late chances, we never thought they were going to score.
We were also denied what looked to us a stonewall penalty when Joe McGuire was clearly tripped in the box.
Overall a tremendous performance and very well deserved.
Morris was there when we needed him, big Joe missed nothing all day, big Ollie had his moments up front, Lewis settled well after a poor first half, Joe McGuire was solid, Willock and Nathanial George made a real difference when they came on but Morais was the stand out man of the match for me by some distance- he ran the game and prompted us forward again and again and got the all important goal.
Special mention for the fans - a long way to go and we gave pretty much non stop support in the second half. 141 - a great turn out - well done everyone who made the effort - it was well worth it.

most can play well remaining matches and over whole season still wont be good enough apart from daft long contracts from the organ grinders
