I hate it when you sit on the fence Thad......................................
I am a one-man "splinter" group Les.
I am sure that Glory-Boy won't understand my point because I am not kissing his backside... he can malign the forum all he likes...
...but the ONLY reason he has any credibility on it (and social media), was because responsible folk gave him an opportunity to successfully - once he had finally stopped acting like a sulking spoilt rich playpen bully - manage his public introduction to the fanbase.
He'd still be cowering in the shadows behind a curtain of flimsy puppets if they hadn't bothered... lightweight...!

😚
Did you get Dave Pottingshed to post that on your behalf...?
C'mon Glory-Boy, if you just want cheerleaders, why not get the CTSA to pay for their outfits, I'm sure that will work out well...!
I did not expect a reasoned exchange or counter response, because everything I have posted is verifiably factually accurate.
However, a bit cowardly that you "somehow missed" my positive proposal, you appear to be scared of a bit of financial probity... lightweight.
This forum makes me laugh, no wonder the masses don't visit anymore.. I love the way how so many people are critical and yet they admit they don't come to games anymore. Makes me laugh how much criticism HKP gets from a couple of posters despite the amount of money he has previously put in. Red Red Reds comments were the only reason I visit and hes now banned. If I were you Paul I wouldn't bother on here ,you will find a much warmer welcome elsewhere amounts the many..

Welcome Big Red... He wanted positivity yet ignored my proposal, lets face it, he just likes things done on his terms.
But what about the criticism of the likes of Simon & Leakey... It may not be measured financially, but they have "invested" far more than Glory-Boy ever will...
...and without creating a culture of lies, fear & deception in the process...!
Seems you have a real vendetta against HKP Thad, its quite sad to see
Not true, I have not made one single inaccurate comment about him & offered him a positive way forward... which is precisely what he asked for...?
Just cos I don't give him the rim job, does not mean I have no respect or appreciation of his contribution, I always play nicely with others... even those who arranged for me to be banned from matches...!

I find it a real shame the very few would rather see the club struggling back in non league than see it get pushed on to achieve its potential, but you will always get that with those who don't like or want change or those jealous of what HKP has helped achieve at our club some of which like Simon don't even attend games anymore.
I found it quite laughable when Simon said in an earlier post the CTSA couldn't run the 50/50 draw anymore due to a lack of volunteers, i am not sure why the board members felt they couldn't sell the tickets? are they to important to do such a menial task? yet he expects me to take up the reins of HKP and the clubs project of a unified supporters group.

Thad it is just how i see it rightly or wrongly.
I have been totally consistent & treated him exactly as I treat everyone else who posts on here.
He made ignorant comments in his posts, i pointed them out.
He wanted positive suggestions, I offered him one.
He flounced off like a thin-skinned scared ickle girly, I took the widdle out of him for it.
Some of you guys who are pathetically creeping to him, need to take a long hard look at yourself...!

There are 6 board members. Personally I work abroad for 4 weeks in every 6 (which explains some of the issues attending games). So practically speaking that leaves 5.
Re the selling of tickets. No we are not too important to do it, and in fact the then CTSA board members did do it for some years. However I am sure you can appreciate that to achieve everything the CTSA would like to do it needs more than the same 5 volunteers. You might find that funny, however it is the reality of life.
That is why I asked whether you would be interested in helping move things forward. However I get the clear message that you would prefer a 'behind the keyboard' role to an active one.

Where has anyone said that they would rather see the club struggling back in non league?

You keep calling me a keyboard warrior which i know suits your agenda as you need someone to blame for the sinking ship CTSA
You do not need more than 5 people selling tickets outside the ground me ole chum. And if none have 45 minutes before the game to sell said tickets maybe being on a board is not for them. We do not play at Old Trafford to be selling so many tickets 5 people couldn't cope. So i am afraid i find your excuse complete tosh
I have supported the club for years maybe not as long as people twice my age but nether the less I have and continue to support them I just don't need to join the CTSA in order to support the club or to massage my ego as some may well have done but again thank you for the invite.

We are simply trying to push the club on alongside HKP to the next level it's not creeping however it it makes you feel better or helps you sleep at night thinking we are creeping i hope it is working for you.

It isn't an excuse, just an observation that we need more volunteers. Having 5 board members does not mean it needs to be the same 5 people doing everything.
Anyway if you have no interest in joining the CTSA then I haven't a clue what you are moaning about? As I have said before, it's your perogative, but surely as a non-member the CTSA finances, and what people do, need not concern you.
Best to leave it there, as I get the message very clearly that you prefer to moan from the sidelines rather than actually doing anything constructive, and there doesn't seem much point in further dialogue.
Many thanks for all you have done and do for the club HKP. Always going to get the odd negative person, but I’m sure the majority of Crawley fans are appreciative!
