Crawley Town play at home against Norwich City Under 21's in the EFL Leasing.com Trophy tonight 7:45pm kick off. Please keep all discussion about the match to this thread. Thank you and come on you Reds!
I think that leaves Grego-Cox, Palmer, Francomb, Bloomfield, Sesay, Tunnicliffe, Bulman, Dacres-Cogley, Camara & Jones
It probably is a bit of a surprise to see Lubala in the starting XI but I guess it's all a scale of who is carrying knocks and how bad they are, good to see both McNerney and Nadesan named tonight
Shoehorn job tonight then, attendance 361 with 23 from Norwich
is that a (low) record can anyone confirm? Sussex Snr cup gets more than that. Time to scrap the competition and just draw lots for the final?
It’s reserve team football, it’s never going to get numbers.
I’d like the choice of going to see some local live football involving players I’ve not seen a lot of over watching Spurs getting thumped - so I hope the competition carries on in some form
The competition will never be scrapped, not in the foreseeable future anyway, but without stating the obvious too much, it needs to go back to just being league one and two sides only.
And it’s not reserve team football for us, still a first-team competition.
Dull game. Highlights would be Young playing like the player JTG believes he is, van Yelsin looking much better through the middle than out wide Denzeil, going of injured and Lumbala playing as a centre forward for 60 minutes.
Norwich fully deserved the win, I think they hit the woodwork four times. Some of our second string showed themselves worth a place in the side others not. All in all not the best night.
