A tough one this. Yes it’s up there, because the reward for the winners is potentially massive financially. Manchester United was a massive occasion, but then so was Brighton, and Hayes before that. Derby was huge, Torquay was super huge....you could go on.....and so yes, in years to come it will be thought of as being right up there, particularly if we win.......and get drawn away to Liverpool!!
I would argue the biggest ever was promotion from League 2 to League 1 as league status will 'virtually' always rank higher than cup success, but if we were to reach the final I may change my mind! Bigger than Man U personalty I would say yes but not sure if I am in the majority on that.

Ahh, I see what you did there. I didn’t mention any league games, only cup.
I think it’s biggest purely for the potential of what’s available financially in the next round for the winner tonight. Old Trafford was a huge occasion, but the money was already in the bag
I agree the winner should be on to a money spinner. the 10 year upward rise though started at Park view Road Welling Easter 2004, so perhaps that was the most significant match in my memory.

But the home game v Weymouth before that gave us a huge psychological advantage!!!Could we include that??

Where does this game rank among the big games that Crawley have played in? Bigger than Man Utd?
Can’t be bigger than away at Utd in the 5th round of the FA cup. But that said that all history and the club was on the up rather than the struggles in recent times. Looking forward to this one and after all the football cliche is the most important game is the next one
