Crawley Town play at home to Exeter City in League Two of the 2019/2020 season, Saturday 23rd November 3:00 pm kick off. Please keep all discussion about the match to this thread. Thank you and come on you Reds!
FFS keep one up for f/k and corners its just coming straight back. Still in it thanks to Morris but really City wasted good chances. Bez making a few things happen but its all one way traffic so far.
Goal very harsh, been a much better second half display and seconds before the goal it should have been a penalty to us, foul on Dallison not given, straight down the other end, corner - 0-1😡

If you are playing two forwards...play them as little and large...not one as a winger ( Nadesan was wasted - play him next to Ollie). We MUST leave someone up for corners, if we clear a corner it comes straight back at us...seems dim to me.
Totall agree play 4-4-TWO! Looked a pen to me and turning point. In fairness Exeter wasted plenty of chances and we rode some luck however we also fought hard for a point until the crowd turned on the officials. We will probably be pegged back in a similar game to Fleetwood so we'll have to take our chances. Missed Greggo-Cox today.
Unlucky at times, but at least we showed a bit of spirit & fight, against a pretty decent side. Pooch in particular really tried to make thing happen.
Felt Nadesan needed to be in & around Palmer more rather than out wide.
Everyone in the ground except Cioffi could see Nadesan should be closer to Palmer but he insists on only playing 1 striker.
Everybody except Cioffi could see that last week wasnt a good performance and today they should have been out of sight 1st half. Yes we did get better but from a low start, still look pretty toothless though and cannot see how ANG will change that, he doesn't work hard enough. Also today in prog Cioffi banging on about a "young squad"? We have plenty of experience in starting XI and smacks of yet another in a long list of excuses. We are where we have been for several years, scuffing along near the bottom of the league and running out of excuses and it is boring. Having said all that though it was an amazing decision not to give us penalty for a scissor tackle from behind, or have the rules changed on tackle from behind?
When times are tough key decisions go against you.
On the other hand we seem to have been this position before. Last season we hit 8th in late October before heading round the nearest U bend.
You can only carry on converting a top 8 budget into a bottom 8 team before people start asking questions.
Looking forward to Erdem's Saturday evening tweets for this week's edition of CTFC Bullshit. Or maybe he and Selim have looked in the mirror and decided to keep quiet.
