We are clinging on the hope of the Macclesfield situation as we are dropping like a stone. We have failed to beat both Morecambe and Stevenage - we are seriously in the brown stuff. The players we have at the moment are not good enough and we need experienced blood in January to turn the results around.

Amazing isn't it. 31 contracted players and we still can't field a competitive team.

If you keep signing non league players guess where you end up.
no need whatsoever to panic. Yes form isnt great but its:
1. early days not daze for Yems not Yen. 2. we have management restructure steering us up stream or is that without a paddle? anyway we dont have the tug boat any more. 3. Lewis young on the score sheet. 4. Macc are gonna crash out like Bury so theres no panic down South. 5. We wont finish bottom of the league so we can look forward to another season of league football. 6. We are at home Boxing day so we'll all get a guaranteed Christmas Cracker
I cannot believe a new manager comes in and people are calling for him to be sacked after three games. Hickmott, I'm surprised at you. Because the new manager has a cockney accent he is dull! The interview he gave was actually full of passion and pain. Passion for the club and pain at the defeat.
I very much doubt if Yems is the Messiah but after two wins in fourteen games what did you expect from the new guy? Until today he had made us hard to beat, something we were not under Cioffi, one loss and you want him gone? Shame on you you.
Having said all that, that was a bad loss and the players need to up their game. Pronto!

Quite some presumptions there. You have jumped to some odd conclusions from what I have said
I'm not sure that I can take you seriously either now
I maintain that appointing Yems was an attempt to appease some of the fanbase that doesn't look too promising or informed - read in any accent you like aside from Cockney as that is so dull😳
Having witnessed that poor performance today these players need to have a good look at themselves. Yems interview was spot on , Oldham did the basics well we couldn't. Apart from Palmer who ran his socks off and Morris who was typical morris we were poor. There keeper had absolutely nothing to do except picking the ball out of the net when we scored.if we dont get our experienced player back we are in big trouble.Today our players looked what they are non league.just bullied out of everything. I hope the club back yems in the transfer window even a couple of experienced loans would help. Well done to the other 54 supporters who travelled. And sang throughout.
Shame his defending for their first was so laughable. Their forward jumped at least a foot above him. Seriously, if you are going to be in your own box you have to defend properly.
Disappointed with Cioffi's sacking and even more so with his replacement's appointment. It was clearly based on calls from some fans based on sentiment alone
He cant even offer the excuse of needing to gain knowledge of the players coming from a standing start
I can't watch Yems' interviews; I can't take him seriously
Quite the opposite for me. He said more in that one interview than Cioffi did in 10. ‘Errr we are working very hard everyday this is our dna”etc etc x 46 times in a season. Yems is telling it as it is. Yes we lost an away game but considering we’ve only won one all season it’s hardly surprising! Seeing as our last clean sheet was back in September, keeping 2 in 3 games is progress in my book. Considering how many goals we’ve been conceding despite having the best keeper in the league any manager worth any salt would concentrate on the defence first. The fact we can’t hit a barn door at the minute is hardly his fault. Unless we expected him to be some sort of wizard that within a couple of weeks can fix all our problems. Get real people. Yems and Bradbury have got loads more experience in the game and certainly at our level than Cioffi and Rubio. It’s clearly going to need a lot of work from the mess they inherited, they deserve the time to show they can make a difference.
I must say I thought the interview was fair. JY is clearly pissed off, clearly at the forward line.
Sounds to me he has worked out that having lots of contracted players doesn't mean you have a lot of quality. I have lost count of the players we have signed that rarely seem to appear in a red shirt.

What a ridiculous suggestion, it is Xmas & any new Crawley manager should be able to transform a bunch of under achievers into world beaters, with one rub of his magic lamp...!

No offence to Rubio, I like his enthusiasm, but why is he still here? We have an assistant manager already. Seems we have too many coaches as well as players for a L2 team.
