Watched John Yems interview. He is not happy with some players performances today. Also wants his and Lees future to be confirmed. I am sure he is the right man for the job.

Agree refreshing to hear, they’d be bonkers to not give him a longer contract
We played well first half hour, they then got well into the game.second half we started really well then on sixty minutes decided to take off two attack minded players for two defenders went 5 at the back and the wheels came off.they were all over us like a rash.really disappointed with the tactics Today we should of won this match.
Cannot work out why he changed a team that was on top it’s alright blaming the players for not seeing the game out How about explaining why the changes and admitting he got it wrong. 😡

whilst theres no doubt there has been improvement i think the club need to hold back, nothing wrong with short contracts renewed bit by bit, at least initually; plenty of people experience this in their work.
Didn't go yesterday but it sounds like bad tactical substitutions cost us the game. Also what is it with Nasedan fluffing one-on-ones? Yems's post match interview was strange?
Ok, I feel less bad about the defeat now, yes Ash should have put us 2-0 ahead, but they scored a wonder goal to win the game. Sounded like we tried to make defensive substitutions too early and yet again didn’t go for a 2nd or 3rd goal to kill the game off. We have to learn if we are to push up the table.
I agree Yems said he had the Hump and his comments that he could see why some players had seen off previous managers was revealing. Who does he mean? it seems to me directed at defense or defensive midfield letting goals in, or is it his comment that we missed a hatfull of chances? Anyway he said we were just not good enough . So what is the answer , we are unlikely to get new players short term so what we have will have to do a lot better, but are they capable of raising their performances, i for one doubt it. We are what we are a mid to lower league table team who hit higher and lower levels of performance. Much of football is based on confidence , we have seen our team play well when their tails are up and also the opposite can happen. I guess we just need to get behind them as much as possible and take the rough with the smooth . Just my ramblng thoughts but COYR each game is a chance to do better.

I have never hidden the fact that I like it that Yemsy is an old skool honest plain speaking pragmatic football man, you don't get any psychobabble or new age rubbish from him.
Naturally he wants his future sorted, how can he do any deals in the transfer window & tell people they are in his plans... until the club let him know that he is in their plans...?
And as for moving to 3 centre backs, well look at the Walsall equaliser, all 3 were nicely in position to stop the forward getting a shot away... Only they failed to do their job... yet the verdict appears to be that the manager failed to do his... Of course he has got the hump.
He is no Pep Guardiola, but then again the media seem to think that Pep is no longer Pep Guardiola either... Hey-ho...!
I'm not 100% sure that moaning about the players week in and week out is a good way to get them playing for you. Imagine your boss doing that to you ( ok, in my case it's deserved but....)? How much are you going out of your way to help him/ her out when they are in need?
Sometimes when it hasn't gone right it might be better to praise the players. You know the stuff " the lads have done everything I've asked of them but today we came up against a side who had the rub if the green or scored a wonderful goal or sometimes give the opposition credit (they worked just as hard as us and today got the result).
Chin up lads. Bummer of a result but let's go again and get the win we deserve in the next one.
