About five under 21s in the squad next season. Transfer policy for younger players must come to fruition.
Gaffer is good...so is Lee.
Small club, must increase fan base.
Hopefully getting a Premier player, a championship player and one from league 1 in next couple of weeks. Quite how on a reduced budget I'm not sure. I personally will not hold him to that if it doesn't work out as players can change their mind at a drop of a hat.

He comes across very well.

How to increase the fan base...made even harder with social distancing. Given we are based in an area where many have lost a lot of jobs, I think we will do well to maintain never mind grow our fan base. Heard it all before (ok ok I slightly exaggerate) we are getting half the Liverpool team signing on - believe it when I see it.
Never get too excited by talks of players signing from higher clubs. The new guy signed today was most recently at Derby. Not convinced that makes him a championship player though.

Lee Barnard was ex Premier league and he was one of our worst ever signings

And conversely some of our best signings have had little or no League experience.
I actually think there is a hungrier more positive outlook from Players who see joining us as a step forward, rather than some Billy-big-boots who either think they belong at a club higher up the ladder or want to top-up their pension.
Does not help our cause when the likes of Arsene Trousers have been quoted lauding the talent of Mark Randall as 'Arsenals future'.
I must say I think Eren's team are starting to steady up a bit and get some realistic expectations. Top 12 seems a sensible objective for next season.
Building a youth strategy is a sensible strategy. We have spend too much cash on journeymen like Vincelot and Poleon and weird foreign signings like Sanoh and Verheydt. There are plenty of good young players in this country.
Good to see the community angle taking off.
For those that didn't pick it up, in 2018-2019 Mr Eren donated £1.3m to the club. That is £3,650 for every single day of the year. Very generous but it isn't a sustainable model hence the need to get young talent coming through.

Agree I read that the club managed to make a profit albeit a very small one. But as you say not very sustainable especially for Ziya, without his money we would be in a dire position.

12th isnt much of an advance on this season...top 3 on the other hand....
