I hope no one needs any of the following info but if you do am I just sharing what I know in case it may be of help to anyone:
OK i have apparently registered ready for tomorrows match. This is what appears to be required. Step 1 go to official club website (link above this forum) step 2 register yourself (name address etc) make sure the email address you use is the one you provided the club as this links with the EFL ifollow service else you are stuffed. Step 3 you can register ahead of the match (I already have) and when you select the match (as if to watch right now) you have to provide payment details (credit/debit card), under this you apply the voucher code that the club will have email'd you (double check your entry else you may be charged) if you are a season ticket holder (if not a STH leave this field unpopulated), as a STH the video match pass package says its £10 under this discount minus £10 applied total zero and you have to then press 'pay' (but presumably as a STH you pay zero. I then received the all important 'congratulations your registration is now complete'). The final step (before match day kick off) is to sign in, select the match you have paid for and I understand that it must recognise your pre-payment or STH voucher applied and hey presto! I can confirm watching Port Vale game the chat facility function but I never received a single reply.
After receiving online confirmation a message of "For your record, a confirmation of your subscription will also be sent to your email. Received (it took a few minuts).
Problems? EFL Telephone 02078264577 when I rang the EFL I got a recorded message directing me to email ifollow:
ifollow@efl.com
Having email'd ifollow I received the utterly useless reply (i.e. the chat facility doesn't work and if you are having problems logging in you won't even get that far):
"Hi,
Thank you for contacting iFollow Support.
We have received your email and a member of our support team will get back to you shortly with an update.
We strongly advise that if your question or query is relating to live match video or audio that you use the live chat option available via the chat bubble in the bottom right of the website.
If you’re having problems logging in, try resetting your password – just click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the sign on page and follow the simple instructions.
