Club must have contacts of all STH im surprised this hasnt been email'd out to all STH. I presume effectively STH need to do nothing as you will have already needed to have set up an account?
There are instructions on the official site to see if your ifollow pass has been activated.
I checked mine and by what has been said I am active and able to watch. Obviously, proof of the pudding tomorrow.

so far Ive chocked on the stodgy puds these shysters from the EFL have cooked up so I'm not that confident they wont balls this new approach up. What would be better is if the service they provide was reliable!

Its working for me OK (albeit no commentary at the mo), but you are right - codes were previously emailed out so they could have put a message out via that group of addresses.
Andrew I too found commentary sketchy and the picture too, very annoying and I'm paying too much for this service. It stinks!
Commentary started (for me) after the round of applause, and was then ok. Though I did find the picture a bit "grainy" in the second half.
yet when the club or any club or anything is on you tube it works perfectly. The EFL have a history of trouble with ifollow but hide under fact its individual computers and broadband. Of course give it its best opportunity cloding down other stuff etc but I then go back to you when Crawley broadvast over you tube matches and talk of the town this is high quality and thoroughly professional. Why's that?

I think there are a number of benefits for having bought a season ticket this year - Anybody who bought a season ticket knew what they were getting as the club had said ifollow was one of the options should games not be live but main thing you are getting in the extra cost is the ability to retain your seat and if there is no live football this season you will have your seat for next year hopefully in league 1. I chose not to renew as I felt it unlikely there would be much live football this year but have probably lost my seat as a consequence which I have sat in for many years - a risk I accepted as didn't want to pay the premium you are all paying this year. Anybody who bought a season ticket knew the risks.
It may be that people have already tried this but for anyone having a problem with the service, I suggest that only the single browser window is left open without additional tabs. Also, close all other applications while watching the game, including any in the background that aren't needed.

I dont believe that is entirely true as football on, off, planning reduced capacity, then off, lockdown, still on, maybe off...get the picture? At the very least i would like to think the club discounts STH next season/when (& if) football in attendance returns as STH are paying far more for what? A promise of maybe seeing a live match thats i suggest not going to happen this season. Best no alienate the hand that feeds the mouth. Yes clubs are struggling but we are always bei g told we are ok.

you need to add in the value of keeping your seat - that is worth something and maybe it even equates to the gap you perceive in what you have paid and what you are getting - just a thought although do share frustrations
When I bought my season ticket I was well aware of the risks but decided to support the club. I didnt need to scure my seat as I prefer terraces.
However what I was not aware of, was that ifollow would charge a lower price than I pay for purchasing a season ticket. This has left me feeling totally ripped off. I could have saved a fortune by not buying season ticket.
That said one good thing my experience with ifollow is that I know never to pay for it should normal service resume in the future.
