BLM has whether you want to agree or not turned into a political group in America. The whole taking the knee gesture was a protest a form of bravery to stand out amongst his peers when Kaeperneck first done it. Now it’s simply done every game and begun to lost its meaning and if someone where to not do it then Sky and the media would be after them all the time. Racism is still an issue in not just football but society at large. In football we have indeed come a long way and it’s now being stamped out like the Sterling incident at the Chelsea match. and I think the premier league’s no room for racism campaign is better than the BLM and take the knee movement which we have adopted from America and twisted. It’s a step in the right direction and better than a gesture which is dividing people.
Listening to BBC Radio 5 Live now and what a load of absolute b0ll0cks is being spoken about taking the knee and Derby County and Wayne Kerr Rooney and how Derby players were upset FFS I was anticipating next he'll be saying his players came in crying at halftime FFS GET A GRIP! It IS a political statement and its just plain boring. We do not have a minute silence every match so we do not need anymore knee taking.

Fine, ignore it then... But the problem with following your argument is that actively jeering it must therefore also be an oppositional political statement...!
Mr Thad if late on in the game Barrow take the ball into the corner flag Saturday (and Crawley are not winning) I may well boo them and if footballers take the knee I may well boo them too. I turn up to watch football not a political statement. Play football and keep politics out of the game its boring.
Mr. Pottage, that is the precise reason that you should not jeer the gesture... Booing it is political & double-boring...
...and furthermore, brings the whole issue back on the agenda, so that you can also be bored by a discussion on the subject via 5live... and hereabouts too.
As fate would have it, next up, Millwall face QPR...
Who had previously stopped taking the knee, but feel that on this occasion it will be 'the right thing to do'... www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55218186
Hey-ho...!
How stupid is that! This isn't some sorta Christmas knees up. QPR are surely taking the p1ss now! NO MORE POLITICAL STATEMENTS KICK THAT OUT OF FOOTBALL

yes, of course QPR are taking the piss... Out of people stupid enough to make their own political statement... and at a stroke breathe new life into something that QPR previously felt had passed its sell-by...!
Took the knee before start Brighton v Southampton. Even the NHS hand clapping stopped eventually. How much longer will politics ruin football?
Any fire will naturally burn itself out, unless someone decides to give the embers a poke & pour some new fuel on it... Just ask a certain director of QPR...!
As it happens Millwall & QPR won't now 'take the knee' to avoid any contrived criticism, instead they will stand arm in arm as a show of solidarity...
