Reds lost 2-0; Too many aimless long balls. Defended all over the place, made it too easy for Cheltenham. Outpaced often and outfought. Nothing tells me we will be anywhere near the play offs based on today. I'm not sure we can take anything positive from today and we cant blame the ref. Thankfully the season isn't decided on one game. I wont be rushing to watch an under 21 team for a tenner midweek on ifollow that's for sure! Very disappointing today. The service for ifollow must be put together by people that have never watched football e.g. a goal update (elsewhere) in the 89th minute displays team 1 team 1 Stevens 9, now im thinking when did that kick off 9th minute.... no its Stevens shirt number 9!
Not really fussed wasn’t expecting a win there, I also don’t put blame on the defence when the same issue is still happening, we can’t keep possession of the ball especially in midfield we get outrun and outmanned on every ball.Because of this it’s rare we get a chance to build up play for an attack as well. Our possession stat is shocking.
Awful performance. I follow started working after 28 minutes, but the hour or so I saw was painful to watch. Very scrappy game, lots of niggly fouls, overly officious referee and Cheltenham bullying us all over the pitch. Nothing good about that performance at all. Only positive was that we didn’t concede more than two goals. Never looked like scoring, never looked like getting anything from the game. One to forget.
For the second week the second half performance was nowhere near good enough.
Fair enough, they are a good side but its easy being good when there's no pressure on you and let's be honest. There was no pattern of play to our forward work. Nadesan and Nichols will look good when good balls are played towards them. Fighting for scraps they are not doing it.
Watched the after match interview with Yems and it seems he was sent off after the final whistle.
Now, while I'm not the greatest fan of Trevor Kettle calling him incompetent is going to bring the FA down on Yems like a ton of bricks. Especially as he did the same thing in the loss to Port Vale.
He will definitely get a couple of games in the stands for the Red and probably a couple more for the interview.

John Yems will get into deep stuff for the comments he made about Kettle. For me, that was too many excuses John. "People, smiling, laughing and joking".. "needs putting out..." John doesn't mince his words. Yes seems Yems collected a red card after the final whistle.
Gave up on i-Follow after the Millwall game, seems a good call. Just seen highlights, both goals looked preventable. Shoddy
Agreed, for me I still don’t know why Francoomb is playing right back as we got tore apart on that wing yesterday and Craig despite his experience just makes bizzare decisions
We looked really lightweight and were bullied and second best all over the pitch. I’m not really convinced with Craig and would like to see Dallison back alongside Tunnicliffe. I don’t get where the commentators say the centre backs are a good partnership as we can’t keep a clean sheet. I know it’s early days but I don’t see a top half finish.

Having watched every available televised Crawley game I am having doubts about Mr Yems future,it's a big ask to go from coach, scout etc to league manager yes he has been dealt a tough hand losing experienced players but does anyone think the central pairing and Francome at right back are up to the job,why do we have our main striker playing deep on the right wing chasing balls lumped at the corner flag.Yems pre and post match interviews in my opinion also leave a lot to be desired.

Totally agree with you about our defence. 2-0 flattered us yesterday and I just can’t see us keeping many clean sheets this season.
