Not sure if it can be done, but can the links to a threads follow-on pages be added to the bottom of each thread as well as being at the top? At the moment, when you get to the bottom of say page one of a thread, you then have to scroll all the way back to the top to be able to then click the link for page two of the same thread.
The old forum has this double link and is a bit easier to navigate.
