I can't answer your question but I think that was a time when Plymouth were in dire financial straits and were heavily reliant on youth players and/or loanees, so may not have been able to predict a team line-up. I think there was even a possibility the game might not be played.
I recall a certain amount of detail because it was one of our early games in L2. We won 2-0 and the Plymouth supporters were brilliant. They followed their team in droves and even engaged in self-deprecating humour by clebrating a pretend goal
It may be that no proper program was produced because of concerns that the game might not happen - but I can only guess at that.

Yeah - they were brilliant that day. "You're just a grim northern sh**hole" was one of my favourites.
