Once again it would help if the club communicated clearer i.e. IM assume STH have priority over the membership scheme (e.g. for Leeds tickets) or do membership schemes (paying far less to STH) join same priorities? Personally Im per se against all membership schemes and sight PL clubs like Brighton where you can end up on a scheme on the off chance you may get what you really want e.g. a season ticket/ticket. Its money for old rope. Is £30 really necessary for the extra admin?
"Ticketing information regarding the Reds FA Cup 3rd Round tie against Leeds United will be made available in due course." So do STH need to join this membership?

Generally agree about all membership schemes being a bit of a rip off under normal circumstances. Also, the timing is interesting following last night's draw. Having said all of that, I don't blame them for looking at any ways possible to cash in given the dire circumstances that must exist for club finances. You are right though - it is not particularly clear how this might work. Obvious question is how many ST holders do we have, and therefore what are the chances realistically of new members getting a ticket for more popular games.

Surely you can see that it's just good old supply and demand? We've always been 'lucky' that we've never had to worry too much about filling capacity but even clubs at a similar level to us with bigger support operate with a membership scheme. Would people have preferred the absolute free for all for the remaining tickets? I for one would prefer to pay £30 (very reasonable imo) to guarantee minimal stress in obtaining a ticket for arguably our biggest ever home tie and league games for the rest of the season. I think its also obvious that the 691 ST holders will be guaranteed a Leeds ticket and I'm sure that will be clarified when they announce the ticket info. The extra 12k will certainly help cash flow and as someone who didn't get a ST I'm more than happy to go along with it.
How can ST holders join the membership when there's only 400 available and we have 691 ST holders? Common sense surely kicks in at this point
Yes I get that but it could mean 400 of anyone (ST holders and/or non ST holders) the club must make it clear. And why this magical 400?
Well I guess it comes down to interpretation but I thought it was quite clear based on the capacity limit we've been given. The 'magical' 400 then allows for 100 general sale tickets as per their original post taking us to the reduced safety capacity. Which again is good as it guarantees some general sale tickets to those who don't want to pay for a membership.

Armed with information on the number of ST holders and the new capacity limit, yes, agreed it all makes sense.
to me one of the main benefits of ST is proritt for cup tivkets in the rare occadion we okay a big crowd, but now for £30 i could have same priority. Just like with ifollow prices, shafted in this.
Miss afew games and even the saving from buying a ST is negated. dong know why I bother buyjng one.

Put another way, why would Season Ticket holders join a membership scheme to have priority for buying a ticket when they already have one ? And the other benefits offered mirror some of the ST holder ones I believe.
Regarding the Leeds game, it will be ST holders first, then membership, then general sale.

I would expect it will be "Regarding the Leeds game, it will be ST holders first, then membership, then general sale. " and may help if the club made these things more obviously clear in their communications but I guess maybe they cant as we don't know how many fans will be allowed in and so on.

Exactly ST holders have paid far more for ifollow hats cr@p than on match by match basis an now can get priority for just 30 pounds. Bargain. Ripped off? Yes I know the club said they will compensate next season, well if there is one and what if ST Holders dont wish to renew where are you being compensated then?

Sorry, when I said membership after ST holders I meant membership and Roll Over members, not sure which order though. I think there are about 60 in the Roll Over - I may be wrong here
