The way the club have announced this membership hasn't been good at all. I am not happy that ST holders are paying more on a match by match basis to watch a poor ifollow service and the club have announced the membership scheme in a bad way. As fans on here have shown we shouldn't have to fit the jigsaw puzzle together. I wonder whoever made the announcement if he/she had 'must try harder' on all their school reports.

Before moving oop north I was ST holder. Been a CTSA and rollover member since both started. I also watch on ifollow. I would hope I'd be ahead of 1896 people in dibs for tickets.
As some have said though, OS article not the clearest.
I personally think it’s a great initiative by the club. Guarantees any non STH’s the opportunity to purchase tickets for a much reduced capacity ground for all the home league games left in the season, plus the cup game against Leeds. Can’t see anything wrong with that, doesn’t affect STH’s in any way unless I’m missing something? Myself and four pals who are all regulars are signing up, in fact two of them are going down to the ground on Thursday morning early doors to get the memberships in person. Can’t wait to get back in the ground and watch live football again.
Totally agree Mr. Father. The way is should work is - assuming there are 400 plus tickets available due to regulations after ST holders - that for your £30 you get a window to purchase a ticket, which is to all intents and purposes guaranteed during this window, before they go in general sale. If they only went on general sale there are some who could not buy any for whatever reason, this way they are guaranteed a slot if they so choose.
What has not been mentioned so far (I think) is this also makes sure that they do not fall into the hands of away supporters. Some may of course under the general sale, but not many this way.
Crawley very rarely sell out or even come close to it...
Just a money making spin.
Correct, we hardly ever sell out 5,800 tickets, but with only 1302 allowed in, they are introducing a tier after season ticket holders who will have a priority window in which to buy tickets. If they’re not all sold after that, then it goes to general sale.

It is, some people just want to have a moan at everything though.
The membership scheme may have saved me from myself as I might have been tempted to go to a game and risk my health. As I'm financially challenged too, that £30 puts such an idea to bed. I have plans to resolve this but they are still a few months from fruition.
