What a load of rubbish that was - we are ending the season in a real downer and have 2 tough games to go with Stevenage added to that. Strange line up odd timing of subs and basically Yems failed to give it a proper go with the set up.
When Wright plays in midfield its like we don't have a midfield the opposition just walk through it. He just struts around and as for marking someone well he takes social distancing to a new level. I wish Yems would say what he sees in him because i cant see what he brings to the team except another defeat. Tonight we let Newport control the game from start to finish and the ref took refereeing down to a new level and i had to pay £10 the watch the crap.

A real downer?! We’d won the last 2!!🤦♂️🤦♂️ But hey, why let facts get in the way R, R & R?
From the first minute until the last Newport ripped through us like there we weren't there. The only saving grace was how poor they were in the final third. Make no mistake. If the had a goalscorer that would have been a massacre!
Individual players are either great or crap (your choice) but it was the collective that was out thought and out fought. The management needs to think about this game and its lessons very carefully.
I haven't seen Yems after match interview yet but today I'll agree with him. The ref was terrible. About the only thing he got right was the red card. You can't lead with your elbow like that. Enjoy an early break Tom.
That performance was truly dreadful. I was surprised to see that one of the Newport subs was the player we all love to hate but I would have loved to see him play for Crawley in his earlier years. Kevin Ellison. He was always a nuisance

Kevin Ellison is like the Pantomime Villain and one hell of a decent Man.
He keeps himself super fit, always plays to win and gives 100%. I too, would have loved to have seen him play in Crawley Town colours.
It was a bit of a damp squib but no surprise that the current team can’t put in two huge performances back to back after Saturday’s superb effort. I agree that leaving out Powell and Tsaroulla would not have been my call but if we had gone with the same team and they had put in the same performance, some would have blamed Yems for not freshening the legs more.
No disgrace at all not being good enough for top 7, too much of a leap from where we have been consistently these past few years which is lower table fodder. But denying we haven’t made big strides from that isn’t credible either, I hope the team put in 3 big games now to achieve the top half finish they really deserve. Plenty to look forward to next season, crowds back, a solid template for the team and maybe even 1 or 2 great signings that we’ve had a few of over past couple of years
Thinking back over that diabolical display it's obvious we are having a real problem at left back,Craig is definitely not the answer as Tilley spent most of the game tracking back to help which made me think he's tall, quick, left footed and doesn't mind getting stuck in like Davies.Tsaroulla is slower and short but has great control and likes to take people on and he's left footed so swopping him and Tilley might work.I think it's not working with Nadesan his first touch is awful and his eye for goal has deserted him, maybe use him as an impact sub and start with Rodari who looks hungry for his chance when he comes on.

I actually have to agree, Doherty was not special by any measure but he improved and was consistent. At the moment it feels like a random coin flip.

Doherty was in and out of a struggling Colchester Team near the bottom of this division.
Yes, he did improve and was more consistent from previously, but I don't think that he's good enough to wear Crawley Town colours. There will be better players available come next season.
