I've noticed on all the match programmes I've bought this season that our squad is often double the size of the team that we are playing against and it's the size of what you'd expect from a Premier League first team squad. To be honest I highly doubt Yems actually signed that lad from QPR to be honest and when Tilley comes back next week I reckon he will replace him on the subs bench. He'll probably play v Leyton Orient in the mickey mouse cup in a couple of weeks time but doubt he'll play in the league unless a load of our midfielders get injured.
Heard German is apparently going out on loan soon although not 100% sure yet. In my reckoning we need to try and get the following players off the wage bill soon:
Craig Nadesan (after his behaviour yesterday) Burnett German Gallagher (if he underperforms in next cup game, as he's nowhere near the main XI now)
I would also send Blondy back to Stoke as he hasn't convinced me and would rather play Jones in the cup games. Some of the younger lads such as Al-Hussaini, Hussein and Kowalczyk also should be sent out on loan for a bit too as I think that will really help them develop further and gain more regular first team football. I'd give Khaleel a chance in the cup games though to see what he could do as he does appear to be quite promising
Hopefully if these things happen we'll then be able to sign Lynch on a longer term deal, as well as Mark Marshall if he performs well. Sorry I've gone off topic here but just wanted to outline what I think ideally should happen in order to have Lynch in for longer
Fair to say we didn't miss Lynch too much at the weekend, which is an encouraging sign. Hopefully he will be fit for Saturday, as Tony Craig does not convince me at all, however I wonder if he would start much going forward with Ludwig fit and Tunnicliffe coming back soon?
Lynch comes back Dallison moves to left back hard I know but Tsaroulla is too small for a fullback but would make a good wide player in a three four three format.
Dallison is far better as a centre back so moving him to left back won't work unless Tsaroulla gets injured. If Lynch is fit I would replace Ludwig with him on Saturday and keep the same set up, as the last few games has shown it has been working (then bring Ludwig on later if we are winning just to help see match out if needed)

I reckon the reason we didn't miss Lynch was because Bradford's forwards were crap.
When Ferry went off injured Tsaroulla was left 2 on 1 about five times.
I think Nichols was meant to go left (I may be wrong) but whomever it was went missing a lot!
It's always easy to blame the defender but sometimes they are left up shit creek and the manager has nicked their paddle. Now, we've had lots of injuries and illness in the squad and we don't know the state of the guys on the bench so I didn't throw my toys out me pram but it was very noticeable how exposed Tsaroulla was.

It did look like Nichols was lining up there after Appiah came on for Ferry - which was a surprise as I had assumed that Ashford would slot back into that role, especially as FIFA have him as a LM! :-) I like Dallison as a CB but am not so sure about him being moved to LB. I would be reluctant to move him out there even if we ever get all our CBs fit again. It's an interesting point as to who you would pick if Tunny, Ludwig, Dallison, Lynch and Craig were all fit.

I'd personally go for Tunnicliffe and Dallison as I don't see Lynch as a long term solution, Craig is National League standard nowadays and Ludwig still needs a bit of time to develop further
