Sorry George I don't have it...my son was giving me the running commentary on it earlier...I will ask him to post when he's back home.

presumably the accounts have to be published soon? Trying to keep up with all this but I guess that will tell us something....just trying to figure out what LOL!!!
Normally accounts have to be submitted within 9 months of the year end (originally 30/06/2022, but now 29/06/2022) but the company managed to get a couple of extensions. They now have to be submitted by 21 September 2023.
My partner is an accountant, and she said HMRC would consider extensions for reasons such as illness, out of country, or recent takeover, so this could have applied here.
Will be interesting to see what the accounts show, but the fact is most of the period covered to 29 June 2022 will be under the previous owners. Therefore the whole of last season, and any financial fall out from so many managers, and releasing senior players from contracts will not be covered by these accounts.
A compulsory strike off means that your company has been removed from the official register at Companies House and formally closed. It's sometimes referred to as dissolution and tends to be issued on the grounds that the company in question is no longer trading or has failed to conform to legal requirements.
Hopefully this is in respect of the NFT side of things? It looks like HMRC may have applied for this due to non production of accounts, but filing not available to see on Companies House site for 10 days.
Crawley 's owner is Wagmi United LLC, a different company based on USA.
