Dear Crawley Town Football Club,
As we fight for our Football League survival we have an idea to put to you. 2 months today, on Saturday 25th March, we host Rochdale, who are bottom of the Football League. It is international weekend, so there are no Premier League or Championship games.
Make this game a fiver a ticket and kids for a quid. Or go one better and do a pay what you can day? Let’s pack the Broadfield Stadium out, get behind the team and entice more people to come to games.

I like the intent of this idea, but am also mindful that for as long as I've been supporting Crawley, we always seem to save our very worst performances for games in front of bigger crowds, just to make absolutely sure no-one comes back.
You could add a PS: Please sign another goalkeeper asap. Because if you don't, and Addai gets injured, we are up shit creek.
We’re up shit creek when he’s fit 😂
I don't think he is that bad, perhaps average at league 2. EB was a very good keeper though his kicking could have been better. Lets see how Addai gets on. What concerns me more is no Craig and no sign of a couple of experienced quality defenders coming in, preferably centre halves that could keep us up.

I think Addai is a reasonable keeper for this level as well. Sure, he probably needs some coaching on how to defend free kicks, but if an L2 keeper was consistently brilliant, he wouldn't be playing in L2.
Disagree with reducing the ticket price, the get a free extra ticket if you’re a season ticket holder deal always works well instead. However as broadfielddave mentions we ALWAYS bottle it when something like this happens.
