It is all best achieved in the "BBcode" pane - as opposed to the standard "Preview" pane - using the alternative tab at the bottom of the post.

It looks a bit HTMLish but I reckon you can figure it out, standard keyboard "ctrl" button plus x c & v options provide cut, copy & paste functionality.
