What has GBred said that sounds ungrateful? If you can't understand by now why fans weren't happy last season, then you must've been asleep for all of it. Why should fans be grateful for what was an absolute shambles last season?
look its simple simon are you on some sorta wind up Galley was as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Galley's left hand never knew what the right hand was doing and vice-versa.
Simon’s not on a wind up at all. He’s stating a fact. Galley didn’t want to be CEO, he bought into the Wagmi stat model which by all accounts seems to be working for Scott. He got pulled into a CEO position which quite clearly he didn’t want and didn’t succeed in.
If he didn't want to do the job of CEO he could have said no. But he didn't, he said yes and did the job - badly. It's not like we wouldn't have coped without a CEO - we don't have one this season and the team is faring way better. Let's not forget, Galleyclown was also our DoF last season, and he was rubbish at that as well.
The financials were eventually released. We made a 1.4 million loss last year which was covered by Wagmi. Wagmi (or rather Eben) also admitted we cannot afford a CEO. This information was disclosed during the meeting with the CTSA that Wagmi didn’t want released. Mix this in along with the fact we’ve had to sell our flagship signing in Telford because his wages were too high and then sell Nichols and Nadesan for a tidy profit which to be fair was good business in the end. Lots of Wagmi investors also left last year which makes me question where is the money coming from now because after last year’s fiasco I’d be surprised if there were any major investors left. Are Preston and Eben paying solely out of their pocket? A question for the next CTSA meeting with them perhaps.
They must be wondering why they bothered getting involved with such a bunch of ungrateful fans as us
Oh do give it a rest, please. Clubs sometimes have crap owners. Are fans not allowed to show their discontent at all? You need a big dose of reality.

Not meaning to come across ungrateful. I’m more worried we’re going to have a period of instability if they sell up this season. I’ve said in numerous posts I’ve really appreciated what they’ve done behind the scenes with training facilities, the match day experience and ticket prices. We’ve not heard from them at all and given evidence that there is potentially not much money left I’m concerned about the club. I’ve always wanted Wagmi to succeed they’ve got lofty ambitions for Crawley and did have the money to back it up, can they sustain it?
I thought one of WAGMI,s funding ideas was to sell membership, merchandise and live match streaming to the American soccer Market,it's fair to surmise that it failed due to last seasons car crash of a season but with the season we are having now would it be fair to assume a much better uptake this season.
When they took over they said if we are not happy with them after 2 years we can vote them out. Was there a clause where if they were not happy they could walk away, i know they could walk away at any time without that clause. If it came to a vote how would people vote and if they rode of into the sunset who would buy us.
Hope not , in my opinion can't see him fitting into our new style of play under scott also to old and he's gone down to playing non league for a reason.

He went down to non-league because Notts County got relegated.
The Enzio Rumours were there at xmas when apparently Eastleigh snubbed our interest, then again more interest yesterday. who knows - only rumours.
I personally rate Enzio about Campbell Level, not as Good as Gordon, not as bad as Forster, but longevity not on his side.
I would rather see just 1 'masterclass signing' only this january, and get rid of 3 who cant hack it. I think bringing in 3 or 4 average signings would not help us much.

We have some players out on loan, and three of them, Roshan Greensall, Sonny Fish and Jed Brown, were only out on loan until the end of 2023. Anybody know if they have returned to the club, or had their deals extended?
