I've just awoken in the small hours and watched the youtube highlights. Although you can't tell a lot from two minutes, that second goal we conceded was dreadful (again). The first was a touch unlucky due to the deflection. You could see players from both sides struggling with the wind.

Terrible pass for second goal. Not even being challanged, and passed into dangerous area. Nick scored good goal.
Scott's view of game. Mentioned Conroy was missing and Williams came off due to illness not injury. No mention of why Gordon, Johnson and Forster not involved on bench, but as Sandford been ill too perhaps some illness in the squad?
Season over. Orsi misses sitter. Club miss only opportunity to really celebrate. Too angry to say anymore.
Season not over, as we're not safe from relegation and we're only 4 points off the playoffs.
Although both look highly unlikely, we have to keep striving for 7th place or higher while there's a chance. It only needs us to have a half-reasonable run while some others falter and we could nick in. I'm glad to say that relegation looks a lot more unlikely that a play off spot. Likely outcome? Finish around 12th to 15th.
Thanks for this Kev, good read as usual. Maybe we can suggest to the club, that they may wish to use your reports for club website (subject to a fee of course). The website has nothing on at all about the game, not even a preview or mention it is happenjng. Have found highlights and Scott interview on social media though. Peterborough's view:

Yes, it does seem that our all-or-nothing win-lose-win-lose form this season has kept us in contention, stating the abvious, but getting 3 points every other game does have more of an impact than say, drawing 2 (3 points v 2). All ifs and buts, particularly our last result where on paper it should've been a home win and we'd be right in the mix, but even with that disappointment, we are still in contention, and other teams have caught up on games played too.

Cheers.
I'm not sure about doing it officially for the club's website. I put myself under pressure to get this up as soon as possible after getting back home from a match, but that is more a case of get it done as soon as possible whilst I can still read the notes I've scribbled from the game. Having a deadline from someone else is a different matter entirely. Plus I like going off on tangents, that doesn't really fit with an official site. I do it mostly for me, but happy to put it on here and the Facebook page as a personal view, and if people read it (which on average about fifty do) then that's good with me.

Just watched them and very hard to hear the home fans laughing at Orsi's miss. No shame in the result just a shame we still insist on tippy tappy at all times even when a good wallop up field is called for.

Sorry my suggestion was not serious. It was mainly a criticism of the club. They seem very slow to put on reports sometimes, and I note that the website does not seem to bother for the BSM Trophy (still no report or link to highlights/interview.
