Just gutting. It feels like this it for our play off hopes. Either we needed to win or Doncaster needed to lose and neither happened. First half we played well and deservedly went in 1-0 up with a fantastic goal. Second half we were second best and had it not been for a late rally where we almost won the game we’d have come away with nothing. It was all in our hands a few weeks ago, now we’ve gotta hope for a miracle. Doncaster will surely win the play offs now, 9 wins in a row and they came from 2-0 down.
Surely we a due a win Saturday and not just any win but thumping the opposition. I just wish it was in our hands. Come on Col U they need a point to be certain so they better stop Doncaster in their tracks. P1ssed off they have an 'extra' game.
We had an extra game or two at one time, but unfortunately did nothing with it! Hopefully the same will happen to Doncaster or Barrow.
I’m still hopeful as this team have come through many times this season when they were up against it.
But I really think if we’d taken the full 3 points from just one of the 2 eminently winnable games against Colchester and Sutton, we would be looking at a very different scenario after today.
Those 2 games were the ones for me that offered the most hope of clinching what we all hope for.
I’ll still be heading to the Grimsby game with some hope regardless.

I dont know why people saw Colchester & Sutton as Eminently winnable games. They were 2 of the toughest games possible. They were both fighting for the lives, I would have rather played 2 top 6 teams. Anyways, we will beat Grimsby Heavily next week & I will be going to Wembley to Watch them.

We can only win and then hope that's enough - going in on a 4 game non winning sequence doesn't bode particularly well but surely platers will be up for this game as many of those may never get a chance of Wembley again

Keep up George. I'm going to Wembley to Watch US!
We will beat Grimsby, then prividing we dont play Doncaster in the Play - Off Semis I am confident we will beat MK Dons, Crewe or Barrow over 2 Legs. Then Wembley. Not so sure about Winning at Wembley though Over 1 Leg (only takes 1 defensive clanger at Wembley), but we'll worry about that when its time!

My reasoning was because they’ve both been consistently shit most of this season, hence why they are where they are in the league.
If we’d played even half as good as we have done this season in either of those games , we’d have got a win in at least one of those fixtures. Neither of those teams were especially good against us.

Great atmosphere in the Crown pre-match subdued after and in-between disappointed as a collective crowd we didn't lift it fir the players more, sure it wasn't a great start second half but it was a 'cup final'. So many if, buts and maybes and the combination of possible results all round now are doing my head in. Obviously a must win game Saturday.
54 seconds how did the ref play off When NT nearly gets his head kicked off his shoulders? Shocking. To be honest the offside goal did look like Orsi was well off although ideally I would like to have seen the lino angle.
Really should have had the game won in the first 20 minutes with the chances from Orsi and Lolos. Their second goal totally summed up our season with every mistake we make at the back seemingly punished.
Thought that the ref was pretty lenient and let them get away with a lot of roughing up our players. The decision for the first goal where Nick had his shins whacked whilst heading the ball away was poor from both officials.
Surprisingly with our current form we are still in with a shout of play offs, hope everyone gets behind the players next Saturday and that other teams fail.
