The capacity will be reduced due to the segregation in the east stand, and I don't know if there are other areas which reduce the capacity. I think the maximum is 5800.
Grimsby have sold over 500 so far - would expect a 5000 plus attendance on Saturday - I believe they have to have extra turnstiles to get to the full capacity.
I predict confidentally that the attendance will be below 5,000 fans because Grimsby will only bring about 100 fans. I cant understand that everywhere we publish the ground capacity is 6,134, but we are yet to get 6,000+ for any match, despite the DEMAND being there sometimes. The BIG DEMAND will be there on Saturday and I would be surprised if we surpass 4,800 attendance.
Ive seen it written that for crowd safety reasons the capacity will never exceed 5,800 for any match, so why do we publish the capacity at 6,134? I have been mystified by this for years! Does anyone really know whats what with the capacity issue?
I think the effective capacity is about 5600 (i.e. About 90% actual capacity) presumably for Health and Safety and segregation issues.
The Wrexham game was "sold out" for both home and away fans and the attendance was 5,572 ( a few no shows?). Again the Doncaster game attendance was 5,336 with extra home tickets sold and Colchester 5,223, both "sold out for home fans". Segregation issues again would have reduced capacity for Doncaster game.

Thanks for the info Sooty. It begs the question why dont we change the Broadfield Capacity on ALL THE SITES. Cheers.
Club Twitter account just announced “less than 350 tickets left”‘for the match on Saturday.
Selling really well it seems.
Less than 200 left now as at 08:50am Fri morning
I really hope the fans get behind the club. I went to watch Brighton v Man City last night and BHA fans only really started to get into full voice singing the great escape in ET when half the stadium had emptied (BHA were losing 4-0), Reds fans need to get behind the team constantly. All 3 sides please. One of the biggest games in the clubs history and certainly since we aquired FL status.

The fans always get behind the lads. The support this season has been good. Even when we are playing shite.
I've got a vuvuzela at home somewhere. I can bring that in if you think it will help

Have you ever had to have it surgically removed from anywhere where it was a bit uncomfortable? :-)
I’ll be cheering/sweating from Vietnam - in a weird way I’m kind of glad I’m not there….the stress of the last 5 games has been too much to handle. The best welcome home present would be a home and away leg 🤞
Really looking forward to tomorrow and hoping for a win.
Enjoyed the pre match interviews with Scott and players but really hope that Scott's team talk is more 'we've had a really good season lads but haven't met our internal target of promotion yet so get your arses out there and win for yourselves and the fans' rather than 'we've had a really good season lads, just do your best out there as you've already done a great job and you've got nothing to prove '
