"Understand people are struggling over the phone - an alternative to staying on hold is emailing feedback@crawleytownfc.com with contact details and when possible, our ticket office will endeavour to contact you before the end of the deadline"
I’ve just e mailed them to see if that approach works, but not too confident it will.
me too as im working and only have a few mins on breaks. It seems quite chaotic, unprepared and they don't have the infrastructure in place which I find unacceptable they could've outsourced this easily. Allowing a STH to get an extra ticket was unnecessary and just adds to the time other STH are holding onto the phone or stood in the queue. They have not thought this through properly like the times and days on the original ad of when they are open were wrong until corrected, how often have we seen these admin mistakes at the club?
I presume that we will be able to book tickets for other season ticket holders, in my case for my nephew, and for their seat. I could see an issue if I try to buy my extra ticket for the seat next to me (my nephew's) because I might be told "oh no sorry, that's a season ticket holder's seat"....so hopefully I can book on his behalf. I won't be the only one in that position.
Yes while i was there people were bringing in other people's season tickets and buying two on each ticket. Took about 40 minutes to get my ticket, from 11am (I got there about 10.40 and there were about 30-40 people in the queue before me.) Everyone who was not working seemed to be there!
Part of the delay issues is the computer system is poor. The guy serving me had to do the transaction at least twice, and was getting very frustrated with the system. It took 5-10 minutes to give me my ticket. Three to four people were serving. I assume the phone desk is in another area, as it did not ring at reception while I was there.
Looking at other posts, I am glad I am retired and could drive there and get a ticket. Had serious problems getting through on phone before. My partner said I should get it in person and she was right!
They did not know when away leg tickets would be available, apart from later in the week?

looks like a repeat of endless trying to call the club, think some ppl will just give up! I suggest the club allow MK to sell us tickets online like Sutton did (after a window Fri/Sat for STH)

Hopefully phone lines will get less busy after the initial rush and someone will look through the emails received as Tom Allman suggested and phone them back tomorrow or later today.

I did send an email to the address but tried to ring occasionally anyway. Managed to get through about half an hour ago so hopefully the initial surge is over for the day. I wonder if the computer is groaning under the strain though because when I gave the guy my season ticket number, he said it was coming up with a message ‘seat no longer reserved’. Which is doubly odd as it is a terrace ticket for the South Stand! 🙂
Arrived in the queue at 12.00 and bought tickets at 2pm. Computer system appeared to be very slow and must be difficult for the staff. At least the sun shone and someone came along handing out bottles of water. (Imported from Harrogate.)

I’m still getting the engaged tone and/or cut off after a few rings.
I arrived at about 2:15, only about 20 people in the queue. I waited about 20 mins to be served- only took a few mins to get tickets (there were four people serving).
Hopefully those reliant on the phones will have a better chance tomorrow; once the first day rush has passed.
I spent longer in the que to get my ticket this morning than what the match will last. Still got my ticket one guy in front of me was taking up a ticket seller for just over half an hour don't know what his problem was but i did hear a rather large sum he was asked to pay. So one can only guess how many tickets he was collecting.

That's ridiculous. I finish work in a few hours and I will be heading down to the ground with a tent and camping overnight in the car park so if you hear of someone on the news you know its me. That's what this has come to!

Yay, after trying to call all day from 11 till now just tried again and the recorded message said the office is now closed!
Better chance tomorrow maybe.
Good luck tomorrow. The website says they are open longer hours tomorrow, and they may even respond to your email (probably after you have spoken to them!)
