The whole point of VAR was to help refs by changing decisions if the ref had made a clear and obvious error. The problem is, the VAR officials are also making numerous errors and stupid judgement calls DESPITE having the luxury of all those video replays and freeze frames.
A ref making a mistake on the pitch in real time - frustrating yes, but it was part of football and we were all used to it. This VAR nonsense has sucked the joy out of watching football, and proved just how hopeless a lot of refs actually are. They can't get things right even with endless replays to watch.

The worst aspect of VAR is that the officials always try to find a way to disallow a goal when one is scored. They almost always have to 'check' the goal, usually for a possible offside, then after 4-5 minutes disallow it for a foul in the build-up. It's ridiculous.
And as for the handball decisions.........jeez. They make it up as they go along.

Agree. I am fine with goal line technology, clear offside decisions, and very clear fouls the officials have missed it is the 50/50 ones which I don't like. In these cases I think the red should stick with is own decison, and the VAR officials should not intervene.it is the VAR officials which are the problem.
Prediction wise going for my usual 2-1 to Crawley.
