Nothing new, concede an early goal, Morris MOM all their keeper had to do was pick the ball out of the net once then light up a cigar.Only good is Young won't be playing for a few games.
An opportunity to try out an alternative right back in the next game then ....
Is Jimmy Smith fit? I always thought he did okay at RB.
A trip to Carlisle is always a difficult fixture, we were in it till the end & seems like a couple of positives, but also sounds like we got more of Palmer2.0 again... frustrating.
Well done to all who braved it, set off before the rain gets there. I agree that is not a bad turnout, all things considered.

Might as well present Glenn Morris with this season's POTY next week.
I have to say we were awful today. Totally clueless upfront and seemed to lack a lot of desire and urgency. Carlise were pretty shocking also but had couple of creative players. GScoring goals will be a massive problem this year. Palmer was a total waste of space.

I think I disagree with pretty much every word of this.
We had several good chances, their keeper pulled off a couple of great saves to keep them in the game and we pretty much dominated the game, except for a couple if short spells.
We could have been sharper in front of goal but I will fall back on the old cliche that we will play worse than this and win.
Carlisle were awful, apart from Thomas, until he tried and their number 11.
I was chatting to some Carlisle fans after the game and said that nobody could have complained if it was a draw. They said that they couldn't have complained if we had won.
I wouldn't give Morris MoM - he only had one (outstanding) save to make - they only had three shots on target.
Dallison was solid at the back, Lewis struggled to contain Thomas, Sesay had a good, if unspectacular game but Tunicliffe was not convincing. He was hesitant and a half second off the pace.
Reese made a huge difference when he came on and carried some menace, Bez had a great debut before he tried and scored a good goal. Nathan Ferguson was solid but a little slow, although he grew into the game and Nathan Bloomfield looked good when he came on.
Ollie? Well, what can you say? A mile off the pace, didn't try if the ball wasn't hit straight to him and struggled against a shorter centre half. Poor game from him.
My MoM was Panuche - as we expect, a non-stop, high energy, high tempo game and he was everywhere.
To my mind Lewis' sending off was all down to frustration. A few minutes earlier their number 25 nearly scythed him in two and caught him in the stomach - he was only booked for what looked to us a dead cert red.
Great support as always from low numbers but we gave it our all - and so did the team.
The BBC Sport website states that we had 20 shots but only 4 on target if we are going to score we must increase this percentage of 20%. If you don't hit the target you will never score I fear it might be a long season.

The more shots we have the more likely we are to score. Disappointing loss today, but if we keep attacking so much we will score goals and get points. Only one game, still 45 more to play.
Young is an exceptional outstanding long serving fully and I mean that he gives absolutely, a 100% player. Very dissapointing that he was red carded. Unsure why but being unavailable for selection we will miss him for sure. Its early days and on the positive side we scored and are off the mark on that front. Lets make sure we get all points next Saturday. Nothing is impossible this season. As fans all we can do is get behind the team and cheer them on. I look forward to next Saturday.
