This bit was news to me....

Teams in the English Football League could choose to stop selling physical programmes after a 2018 ruling that ended their obligation to do so.

I had a related discussion with another forumite in the past few weeks, the analogy we settled on was generational attitudes to music medium.

I related how I really don't like to stream music, I like to have a tangible item - preferably vinyl - that I can listen to, but also see feel, touch & know that I own... he related how his Daughter had got rid of all her CDs as they were just getting in the way & cluttering up the place... she is happy to have access to something intangible that she has nonetheless paid for.

The subtle difference with NFT's is that although you own or have a share in something that you don't actually have... but can sell that ownership or share (via digital certification) to someone else.. hope that helps...(?)

Can you have non-fungible goalkeepers? CTFC could own/have a share in all the L2 keepers allowing John Yems to instruct them to let in all shots from CTFC players, seems a very fungible way of future success

We better not be going veggie. Are they sure they placed their bets of the right league 2 club or did they intend to bet on those Veggie Green Rovers at the top of the league. Aspirations of league 1 football be more assured then!
