Thankfully we wont be going down as if that was another handful or more games to play I would be very very very worried with Young in charge he is totally outta his dept.

If we do end up needing to look for a new manager I'd be surprised if Young would want the job permanently anyway tbh. The owners I feel would go for someone a bit left field and let them bring their own coaching staff in with them
Completely expected result. There only looked to be one team up for it at kick off and you could completely understand why. The two early goals kickstarted some muscle memory in the players and it was an even game for much of the rest of the time.
I think we have to accept we have achieved our season’s objectives and the chaos of the last week will not make us a very competitive team as the players digest the implications of that. I’m not expecting any different with the in-form Orient team. We may stumble to 12th if Oldham are more wrecked than us, but that’ll be a coin toss.
All about next season now where I feel we will be among the top 4 or 5 teams after a thorough rebuilding project but don’t expect much more of this season

Ted Lasso? About the extent of their football knowledge

This season is done for us, the only interesting thing really on the field I'd guess is wherever the Oldham match will last the full 90 minutes as I am expecting there to be another large-scale protest from their fans.
Normally I'd get pretty angry at a defeat like that but I'd think the players and Lewis Young will have been emotionally shattered from the last 4 days and when you're playing against a team going for automatic promotion, a comprehensive defeat was probably the most likely outcome. The only positive I can think of in these times is that it blew up when we had nothing to play for

Jesse Marsch seems to be doing a good job at Leeds currently
I don’t do too many away games these days….which is probably a right touch on my part, despite the recent good run. But I thought that was utterly shocking. Talk about shoot your self in the foot.
We were completely outplayed by a more energetic and organised side that quite honestly destroyed us on the night. It was the same for the home fixture…they seemed to want it more than us. I don’t mind us being second best, but we were second best all over the pitch, so fair play to Sutton…but you have to ask what our ambitions are when over the two games we’ve been second best to a side that we really should be at least matching…..if we had any thoughts for progression ourselves. Roll on next season, hopefully with Yems in charge, and all this politics behind us.
