Bryce Hall is the joker in the pack, some will find him hilarious, others totally obnoxious. But he has made a very successful living from publicly exploiting his emotional immaturity “jackass" style, to over a million followers on tik-tok…
One of the owners of the Cinco Los Angeles restaurant, where TikToker Bryce Hall was involved in a physical altercation with a waitress last October, has filed a lawsuit against Hall alleging assault, harassment and “racially motivated violence.”
...to be clear, the racism aspect is just "allegations" - hearsay even - and should be given the benefit of the doubt.... although the obnoxious behavior & fight appear to be accepted as fact… still, he is part of the WAGMI Utd gang & not suspended as far as I can see….(?)
Seems we will have to wait until the 17th October 2022 for the outcome, unless so often as the case is in America, money settles everything before it makes it to court. If he’s found guilty, I hope he’s booted from WAGMI. However with WAGMI’s past actions, he should already have been removed

I remember a statement from WAGMI, that accusations against Yems are “serious and credible” and that they would “never tolerate racism or discrimination of any kind”.
Hey-ho.... maybe “racially motivated violence.” is not considered “serious and credible” enough...?
Hypocrisy rules... from WAGMI..
from the media... who were happy to name him as one of the consortium, but were too outraged by JY to mention this matter...
...and from our own Steve Twins - who act as Preston's personal forum [offensive language removed by Admin]- strange that they had so much outrage & opinions about the allegations against JY... maybe they are still waiting for the marching band to appear...!

Well, on Talk Sport a few weeks ago, Jim White said they would be “all over this story” if there were any more developments. So let’s wait and see if they come out with more ill-informed opinionated twaddle. Doubtless Mr Sinclair will be able to launch into another impassioned speech about Nelson Mandela and Robben Island. Then again, I won’t hold my breath on that one.
MESSAGE FROM ADMIN: Thank you for a handful of personal messages I have received recently regarding the general tone of the discussions on this forum. Reasonable debate –great, it’s hopefully why we are all here. BUT “personal comments, presenting opinions as definitive facts without any evidence” (this was received as quoted) have a think please – if something is misleading then whether intentional or not I believe it’s always best to tidy the messages up. Remember all forum users can edit their own messages. Clearly John Yems was very well respected and liked and as I’ve personally added somewhere on the forum ‘we’ve had some great times, thanks John’ (or words very close to that effect), but in any references to John Yems (defending him or otherwise) please can everyone cut out the personal remarks, attacks and so on.Forms of bullying, for example, are unhelpful in open debate. Thanks for reading and I trust upon your co-operation considering all this. George
I have sent this to Sky Sports with the title "Racism in Football - Sky Sports are hypocrites":
The media are such lazy hypocrites, so much focus on racism in football. Look at how "allegations" - he has not yet even been charged - against John Yems were treated by you. The entire media went along with the narrative of Crawley Town owners WAGMI Utd & Preston Johnson.
Self-styled "Tik-Tok Personality" Bryce Hall is repeatedly named as part of the WAGMI Utd Consortium Yet, amid the outrage of "serious & credible allegations" wherein WAGMI "will not tolerate racism", You and your media buddies appear to have missed a story about Bryce and "Racially motivated violence".
Maybe WAGMI don't think "Racially Motivated Violence" is "serious & Credible" enough, but no-one from your gutless organisation actually asked them.
Where is the balanced reporting...?
Strange how it has been "overlooked", not least by WAGMI, the Media & the entire self-righteous brigade. It would have taken the media one google, it is even in his Wiki entry. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
These con men have played the race card to get rid of and try to ruin someone that did not fit their agenda. And you have all meekly followed like sheep... someone has to actually grow a pair & hold them to account... that will be a first for you guys...!
Let's see if those lazy b*stards at Sky - who in conjunction with Kick It Out form partnership to fight racism and discrimination - are actually interested in a genuine story of duplicity & Media collusion...!
Sorry if this has been suggested already but as a new manager has yet to be chosen is it possible that if the accusations prove to be unfonded that Yems may still return as manager?

Thanks as ever George for keeping a beady eye on things

Put yourself in John Yems's shoes. Would YOU want to come back to a place of employment where you were wronged? No, me neither.
I hope John takes these American Clowns to the cleaners.
Why the anger of delay? I dont need my season ticket for a few months, its not like the team wont have a manager (im totally unconvinced by Betsy by the way as he wont have the best u16's or next PL team to play the tippy tap football that got us nowhere previously probably because we havnt got the (PL) players!) and whilst I do like to forward plan if Covid taught me anything it was nothing is guaranteed, just look at ppl on board aircrafts being told their flight is cancelled! I can take in pre-season matches as and when after all its not like anything of recent seasons has had me excited I need to block the entire day out in the diary. It will all come out in the wash, much like what really happened or didnt re JY. Patience.
Think its more sorrow that we look like a bunch of amateur's. I truly hope that things improve when we get the new manager in and the other aspects are sorted but cant help feeling were going to look like mugs. Still here's hoping that I'm just a grumpy old timer who doesn't know what he's talking about and results are so good we all laud the new board and happily eat popcorn and play the American anthem as the team come out!

I don’t believe he’d want to work for these clowns ever again. They helped incite a press pile on, as well as them then staking out his house. Only think Yems will want with them is to take them to the cleaners I should suspect.
As the club suspended Yems I assume on full pay and then his contract was terminated by mutual consent although it was clumsily handled by the club could he really take them to the cleaners.
