Having seen a number of clubs offer season tickets way lower than us it begs the question what are we getting for the premium we pay? A number of fans who attended a few years ago left to watch West Ham at a much higher level who were apparently offering cheaper prices and looking at other clubs we do seem to be at the expensive end of the league 2 spectrum.
Loyalty plays a part, many of us will continue to pay to keep the club at this level but surely we should expect more if we pay more? A decent catering facility is a must and a ticket office that opens when needed would also be an improvement. Better involvement of fans about info that impacts the team such as injuries would also be appreciated.
Bottom line is I'll be there next year what ever transpires but my question is what do you think is a fair price to pay and are we getting the value for money for what you are paying.
Might be worth bearing in mind that those prices were set under the previous owners, and there's a chance the new guys will change the prices a bit (also including the offer of paying it monthly rather than all in one go). But the product as in the matchday experience does need to be far better than it is currently. I've been to Dorking a couple of times recently and their stadium is much better kept, the turnstiles open much earlier and the bar stays open until quite late (plus they have a fan zone that offers additional drinks). Also just little things like posters advertising 3 year old kits being left hanging up gives off a pretty poor vibe. However I am very hopeful that these issues will soon be fixed if the new owners follow up on their dynamism.

You didn't benefit from the 'free' pastry or whatever it was? No neither did I it was horrible. You didn't benefit from the bring a friend for free (2) tickets? Oh your mates are already STH, um all in same boat there then. Discounted non-league attendance at clubs o the scheme? I did thanks CTFC saved a few quid that way over the season. Of course there were other 'benefits' but the one that I wonder if the cub could bring back is include home friendlies in your season ticket - what was a book of tear off vouchers I think at the time. Perhaps a fair pitch is move the pricing down to the average for L2; ok there is regional variation but with all he job losses in the area I think we can ignore the regional adjustment. Im guessing the cheaper WestHamlet tickets don't come with binoculars though?

Maybe include any cup fixtures as part of it will help?

Maybe I’m mad but I’d like the 1896 membership to come back in some form. Discounts on refreshments, club shop etc and second priority on cup tickets (STH are first obviously) .
Slighty dissapointing that the club have not already released prices/renewal details/new application details as yet, but am guessing that the change of ownership is the reason for this.Hopefully details will be released soon.

I imagine they are still sorting the fall out from the Yems saga and trying to sort out a new manager so it may be a while yet.
Yes I suspect they will want to make a splash with the announcement so are putting a bit of thought into it. Doubt they'll be putting the price up, but a freeze with lots of interesting add-ons will go down OK I think

Hope doesn't go up but lets see
Doubt they will, they know the financial damage the town has taken.
I saw a tweet from Preston this week saying that season ticket prices are definitely not increasing and there is a very strong chance that they will be cheaper than last season. Very encouraged by that.
Also he's said there's just a couple of admin bits that need to be done but they should be released very soon.
